We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStaff is excessively rude. I dont really care that you're family owned, stop acting like people dont have other choices to stay at. Owning a business doesnt give you a right to cuss at guests and act like they owe you something. Shower had no shower curtain, and rugs were dirty and stained with unknown substance. Bed side counter had some unknown sticky substance and key didnt actually lock the room, I could just push it open with no struggle! Overall, rude, little security, and dirty. Fix your facilities now!!

United StatesLet me start by saying this was an emergency stay as my original hotel had cancelled my reservation without notifying me, so I am grateful that there was a room for me, my niece and her mom. While being located right off the main road was great for us, being next to a gas station that had LOADS of questionable traffic and random bystanders throughout all made me extremely uncomfortable as I had my 10 year old niece with me. once we walked into the room, you can tell previous people, or multiple people had smoked in the room as it smelled of smoke, and mildew. there were big bleach stains on the floor by the mini fridge. The bathtub had rust stains and weak spots in it.
The bed was the most comfortable thing about this hotel. The clerk that checked me into the reservation was extremely nice and very apologetic to what happened with my original reservation at a different hotel. She made check in easy, and a breeze.

Staff was rude and then rushed me out in the morning and refused to let me pay to extend my stay. The carpets were filthy and there was any toilet paper and not enough towels. The room had bugs and bathroom looked dirty.
