Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room did not have adequate curtain cover and/ or was located under a light. Too much light coming through!

No coffee in morning. Carpet in room needed to be replaced...10years ago. Dull and dingy. I paid $90.00ish and got a roof over my head.
It was available when I needed to get off the road. Was able to get something to eat and drink at the gas station/pizzeria at the corner.

i think there are probably better rooms at this motel than the one that I was given. Just inside the door to the room, there was an open closet with a water heater and a painting that I think was supposed to be hanging on the wall. The box spring was wrapped with clear plastic attached with duct tape, but the duct tape was falling off and the plastic was coming off which didn't leave a very good impression. Otherwise, it was okay.
Price was good for someone on a budget. The manager was very helpful in getting the satellite TV to work. She climbed up on the roof and moved the antenna. i told her she didn't have to do that, but she insisted.

The facility is in desperate need of a deep clean and some repairs such as scrubbing and patching/painting walls, vacuuming edges of all rooms, cleaning shower heads, and cobwebs out of exhaust fans.
The staff was great! She was really working hard to make everyone feel welcome and accommodated in every way even though she and her husband were the only ones working there as the other staff had walked out the day before.

This is a perfect no-frills place to stop for the night. Nothing fancy. In sight of the interstate and walking distance to McDonalds and Subway. There are other restaurants a little farther down the road.

it was a little wore out but not bad for the price. the floors were really squeaky. I was worried I may have woke the people below me when I walked to the restroom

Door stuck and hard to get into room. TV didn't work. Owners need to invest some money in fixing what is wrong. Water taps need replacing, hard to shut off in sink and tub.
Managers were wonderful. Coffee pot in hallway and free. Inviting hallways.

Coffee and tea in the hall seemed to be not looked after. TV was difficult to turn on since instructions did not match the buttons on the remote. Took desk person to show us how to turn TV on. We would vey much have liked to have an ADA room available.
Very convenient location. Bed was exceptionately comfortable. Two chairs in room were much appreciated and quite comfortable. Carpeted area under YV. Very adequate closet space. Entrance ramp in the back was very helpful. First floor room which was necessary for us. Best price we found in this area.

They were still cleaning our room when we arrived at 9:30-10pm. Rooms were acceptable, but lacking, for sure. Very remote location. Building & rooms could use some love.

The bottom of the door needs to be trimmed as it was dragging on the carpet. Also, the toilet needs adjusting, which is easy to do, as you had to hold down the handle for it to flush.
The price was very good.

Water pressure was pathetic. Air conditioner had a seriously noisy fan. Highway noise, well, I'm not sure what you can do about that anyway, it is a public highway. Chairs could use re-upholstery (particularly the cushion material). Condition of the door and jamb was serious cause for concern (204).
Accommodations were adequate. Web site was explicit, no meals (e.g. breakfast); surprises are annoying.
