I would have liked a way to make a hot drink. The microwave would be a solution, except there was no suitable cup available.

The property was quiet and relatively private. I just needed a place to sleep. The refrigerator and microwave were very helpful.

The staff was dismissive. The lady in the office was very hard to hear and the glass divider doesn’t have any speaker so I was basically shouting through the card slot and she wouldn’t speak up so I couldn’t hear her. The parking lot is very small and we had to park our SUV. A member of the staff waited until we maneuvered our way into the spot and started to take our baby out to tell us we actually needed to move because he had someone else coming that would be parking there and it was reserved. There was no sign or anything that people shouldn’t park there. The parking lot was so small that when we left our room one morning. There was a truck backed up to our door where it was clearly not a parking spot. Their tailgate was 3ft from our door along with three other cars in unmarked parking spots since there is not enough spots for guests.

I had some issues with locking the door through the inside and outside. Mechanism wouldn't close. The change of room should have come quicker, and the credit of the difference should have come from them automatically instead of me asking for it. Overall, owners had good customer service, and at the end, they changed the room , gave the $15 dollar difference from the double bed to the single bed and gave a little bit more credit for the trouble.

The room was really clean and really close from the freeway. There was always someone to help you out.

Smell of cigarettes, stained sheets and small room. For a price of $100 I would of expected a little comfortable, clean and lack of cigarette smell.

It was fairly late, last minute booking and the sheets were dirty and the room smelled like cigarettes. The room was small and overall sort of meet what I was looking for. Stains on the under sheet, small room and smell of cigarettes really was a turn away but overall it was a 8/10.

I didn't really like the shower gel dispensers it was pretty hard to use and got stuck a lot. Also it could be kinda hard to get out of the inn if there is a lot of people but still possible so it's alright. Also some thicker blankets would be nice

I liked how the location was next to a gas station and some food places so easy snacks and meals without going far. I liked the showers, the water pressure was good and the heating in the room was pretty good too. The staff were also friendly and accepting so that's cool.

The parking was limited and only one way in and out. The AC in room 102 was clanking all night. It didn’t really bother me cause I was very tired but it might be a problem for a light sleeper.

It was surprisingly very nice. I thought it would be run down and moldy but it was not the case. The bathroom was clean. For my last minute reservations it was the best place I could find for a good price. I would definitely stay here again and request a room closer to the lobby and not by the traffic.
