United StatesThe bed sunk in as the night went on. There were no batteries in the remotes. There was only a small towel and a big towel and hand soap. And they forgot I ask for toilet paper. The bathroom door would close. There were open electric sockets. Water stains on the ceiling. A switch which did nothing.
The bath tub was big. The staff I spoke to were mostly friendly. The bed was well made and the sheets were very clean and soft. The air unit worked well.

United StatesThis is a for.pimos and prostitute not family and travelers price is to much for the quality of the property.. I got my money back before I went to the room . If I stayed here I would be murdered, raped , robbed , or infected with something.. I wouldn't be surprised if secret cameras are not in there.. for example the move no vacancy devils reject . Staff was good but nooo .. don't stay here unless your about that life style.

United StatesWhere do I start first the room was dirty let's start there. second it wasn't worth the price that it was charged. third there was roaches rats. holes in the bed. blood on the sheets bathroom was dirty. no towels. no lamp. The lock was broken on the door. The room stink the furniture has burn marks and dirty. Door lock was broken. The facility was super dirty The staff was unprofessional. random suspicious people everywhere outside hoing and selling drugs. someone tried to steal my tires off my car. I'm still waiting on my refund because the room was dirty. Disgusting pool area. Trash everywhere. I will never return and I will definitely definitely not recommend that hotel to anyone. It needs to be shut down and condemned for unsafe unpleasant unhealthy living situations.
I liked absolutely nothing That was a horrible horrible situation and I was absolutely disgusted and so so unsatisfied.

United StatesI reserved a room through Booking.com, and stayed November 12th. I would like a full refund as this was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! The pictures online did not represent truthfully the accommodations provided. The headboards were peeling, and had SO much dust on the top that was not only disgusting to look at, but kept making me sneeze, and I could not breath at night. The beds did not even have bed skirts. The wall in the bathroom was ripping off, and the tub looked like I would get more dirty than clean if I took a shower in it! We woke up to the neighbors having a quarrel at 6am. The entire experience made me feel so unsafe. I have provided pictures to prove how awful the hotel was.
