The AC was turning off and on through out the night and there was a loud long noise at random hours of the night not sure what it was.

The property was in a perfect location, old town Clovis. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and local bars.

Floors in the room were dirty so had to wear shoes at all time. Could do with a good mop between clients. No issues besides that

Room was a great size with everything in there that we might need. We used the fridge, the phone and the heater which all worked great so was very handy. Bed was super comfortable and laundry room very handy for our washing in the middle of our trip. Good location for restaurants and shopping too

Housekeeping did not clean the restroom or stock supplies/towels for a few days. The heater was loud when being turned on and the appliances were old or broken.

Bed seemed smaller than a queen (but maybe because we have a king at home?). Also we weren't told about a pet fee until check-in, so that was a surprise.

There is a kitchen but no tableware and cutlery, only a kitchen units. The fridge made loud noise and so did AC.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and big. There is a possibility to pay deposit in cash.

All was good! Maybe since they have a small kitchen in the room supply it with a few dishes, cups and silverware along with dish soap. Didn't use the coffee maker it was a little dirty in the water reserve area.

The area was nice quiet. Lots of places near by to eat. The room I had was very clean but was missing towels and hygiene toiletries but the staff apologized and cane to the door within minutes! I would stay here again difintly!

The A/C unit was EXTREMELY loud. It woke me up several times throughout the night. My husband said the same thing. This wasn't a normal A/C sound... it would sound like a weed eater or similar motor right in the room. And the bathroom mirror should be changed... it had some stains that I hope were paint, but it looked like blood. It may have been scratches on the backside of the mirror. The room was nicely updated, not sure why the mirror wasn't included on that upgrade

A big minus: there was no wifi in our room. The reception didn't do a lot to help us... Our feet were dirty after walking on the floor of our room. We had to wear slippers in our room. There is a kitchen but there were no utensils so you could not use the kitchen... There was food and an open can of beer in the fridge when we arrived.

When I checked in I was a little nervous about being a single middle aged woman staying alone. The lovely young lady at the desk assured me the property was safe and that there were camera’s all around the property. The Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time!

- The outside of the establishment looked a little rugged. They need to think about upgrading that so it is a little more inviting. - The bathroom we were in had kind of s bad "caulking" job done. They need to hold their maintenance crew a little more accountable. - They need to update their keypad/sign in device in the office. Several people had a hard time using it and it was hard to read. - The closet space sits directly above the fridge and coffee maker. Unfortunately, I could not hang anything because the hangers are the kind that you remove from the little metal bracket and they were ALL stuck on the right side above the coffee/fridge area. I couldn't get them over to the other end so my clothes could hang. There is a center support that prevented that. That really needs to be fixed! It was probably the only major complaint I had.

Pros: + The room was clean. + Rooms have been renovated. + The tv actually had a "guide" channel so you can see what's on. It's frustrating when you literally have to go through every channel just to see what's on. If you travel often, you know what I mean. + The staff was very kind and helpful. + There were plenty of places within walking distance. + Beds were comfortable

Would have been nice if there were dishes/pots/cooking utensils since there was a kitchenette in the room. Looks like there was water damage under the sink and lower cabinets in the kitchen area. Would have been nice to have a light in the kitchen area. Water pressure was bad.

the room was a little dim… could have used a light in the closet… but it HAD a closet!! that’s pretty sweet.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel so close to everything Clovis! Although there is definitely a vintage vibe here ( think spacious rooms with a kitchenette, large old west murals decorate each room… and the old style motor access hotel style) things have been nicely updated, everything worked, and everything was clean. Great!!
