Needs updating. TV cable didn’t work, carpet dirty. Bathroom-shower was clean but the rest of it needs work.

The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Front desk staff friendly.

Didn’t stock the room for the 4 people that were on the reservation. Not enough hooks in the bathroom. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working.

Convenient and cheaper than other options.

The hot tub was broken, the phone in my room was not working, there was a dirty towel still hanging in our bathroom, along with some what looked like tolite paper in the tub, usually hotels have small things of shampoo, and conditioner, I forgot mine, but our room didn't have any I had to go ask the front desk, who was nice enough to give me some... the remote didn't work, several things in the room needed maintenance, when I let the front desk know about the dirty towel and a few other things I noticed they did offer to switch us rooms. Unfortunately they only had 2nd floor rooms and only stairs to get there, and I do not navigate stairs well due to lack of feeling in my legs so that wasn't an option. But none of our concerns were addressed except the shampoo,. They did say they would note it for the morning person to know ...

The location was only 10 min from where my daughter was having surgery, and it had a pool and hot tub so we were excited

Facilities show wear. There was at least one dead car in the parking lot long term. Security of propping the rear door open is questionable.

Location was better than expected, booked a show at McMenamin's Grand Lodge and the property was a short walk across the highway. Also plenty of food options in walking distance.

Homeless in parking lot. Emergency Backdoor crock open with a mat. Chairs in parking lot. Abandoned cars in parking lot. Did not feel safe being there.

The hotel is an older one reflecting its age. The bathroom needed a bit of attention as the grout in the shower had dark stains.

The staff and price were great. Walking distance to food & activities made for an enjoyable time.

The tv in my room didn’t work, there was a low battery smoke alarm in the hall and they charged me twice. The second charge was reversed with no issue once I brought it to their attention.

It looked clean and the room was larger than I expected.

I will never stay here again there is so much wrong with this place and the drug addicts hanging outside is sad. There was so much wrong in are room the toilet didn't flush all the way the top lock screws were loose we paid over $600 for 6 days and management doesn't want to serve no breakfast the hot tub didn't work not a place I wanted to take my kids sorry but I will never go back also housekeepers don't clean the room all the way and didn't give no toilet paper. The shower kept going from hot to cold when my fiance was taking a shower.

The beds were clean and the TV worked good.

There were several small issues, but most troubling was the lack of coffee in the room (there WAS a coffee maker). The front desk suggested that "there will be coffee in the lobby in the morning, and it is better coffee". Fine - except there wasn't coffee in the lobby the next morning.

Breakfast and pool both closed "for COVID", though the norm at this point is for these services to be back open.

No wake up call on Sunday Morning. Place is old, dated and dirty. Phone did not work. Place is way over priced. It falls in the $65.00 a night range.

No Kleenex. One bar of soap between sink and bathroom. No condiments for coffee. Due to covid no breakfast room. Other places have allowed guests to order yogurt or other prepackaged items.

Bed was comfortable. Clean room. Easy walking distance to mcminnamins concert venue.

The mini fridge froze our drinks overnight. Room smelled like smoke when we entered, even though it was a non-smoking room. My sister-in-law claimed her side of the bed was lumpy and sloped down in the top left corner. I slept fine on the right side of the bed. I was trying to get as close to Cannon Beach, and the Forest Grove location was as close as I could get at a price I was willing to pay.
