We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe hot tub was broken, the phone in my room was not working, there was a dirty towel still hanging in our bathroom, along with some what looked like tolite paper in the tub, usually hotels have small things of shampoo, and conditioner, I forgot mine, but our room didn't have any I had to go ask the front desk, who was nice enough to give me some... the remote didn't work, several things in the room needed maintenance, when I let the front desk know about the dirty towel and a few other things I noticed they did offer to switch us rooms. Unfortunately they only had 2nd floor rooms and only stairs to get there, and I do not navigate stairs well due to lack of feeling in my legs so that wasn't an option. But none of our concerns were addressed except the shampoo,. They did say they would note it for the morning person to know ...
The location was only 10 min from where my daughter was having surgery, and it had a pool and hot tub so we were excited

There was so much wrong in are room the toilet didn't flush all the way the top lock screws were loose we paid over $600 for 6 days and management doesn't want to serve no breakfast the hot tub didn't work not a place I wanted to take my kids sorry but I will never go back also housekeepers don't clean the room all the way and didn't give no toilet paper. The shower kept going from hot to cold when my fiance was taking a shower.
The beds were clean and the TV worked good.

The front desk suggested that "there will be coffee in the lobby in the morning, and it is better coffee". Fine - except there wasn't coffee in the lobby the next morning.
Breakfast and pool both closed "for COVID", though the norm at this point is for these services to be back open.

United States of AmericaThe mini fridge froze our drinks overnight. Room smelled like smoke when we entered, even though it was a non-smoking room. My sister-in-law claimed her side of the bed was lumpy and sloped down in the top left corner. I slept fine on the right side of the bed. I was trying to get as close to Cannon Beach, and the Forest Grove location was as close as I could get at a price I was willing to pay.
