The room was a non smoking room but really smelled of smoke. There was hardly any toilet roll when we arrived. The place had a gernerally dirty appearance and was a bit grubby grubby all round.

Good location. Supermarket opposite. Breakfast included.

Room air conditioning was not on so the room was very hot. Breakfast was minimal at least that's what we saw when we came in. Having a nice breakfast and hot things available makes an impression on your hotel. Work to make Breakfast better and leave air conditioning on. Especially since it's summer time.

Good location. Nice Publix across the street from hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Enjoyed the pool view.

The woman in the front desk rude. I think she need to be kind with clients. Also I didn’t like the smell. Since you enter to the lobby you can not expect a clean place. I found bugs in the bed and we only slept there because we didn’t have another option.

This property is located in a great neighborhood. That’s the only thing I liked.

First day or 2 there was a smell in our hall that was odd to us. We didn't know if it was from the stuffy air and closed in area but realized it was food from the owners. Not a bad smell, just different.

Breakfast was simple things like cereal, frozen waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt. Staff was always real nice and helpful when we talked. The property is not fresh and new but it is homey, clean, and comfortable. The two sets of halls and middle were all locked from the outside, this was nice for safety. Rooms facing the pool have balconies or porches, we really enjoyed this area. The pool was too cold when we visited but it was kept cleaned and maintained a couple of times a day. Squirrels, birds, and lizards were calming to watch around the pool area. A High School is pretty close so you can hear the bell ring and kids talking outside, we're a ball family so we enjoyed listening to the kids playing. Publix and Taco Bell are directly outside of the motel, this was very convenient. Several beaches are within a short drive, from the high end Lido Beach to the family Siesta Beaches.

Parking was located in the back with no lights. Very filthy with a dumpster over filling with trash. Something you'd see in a new York alley. Also not enough parking spaces at all. Rooms smelled, cock roaches everywhere, I cried I spent$200 for garbage!

At checkin the clerk was rude and couldn't understand that i wanted to use a different card than I reserved it with. The beds were hard, and the room needs updated.

The pictures that are shown on the website are not at all what the rooms look like. The rooms are extremely out dated, the hall ways stink, the room stinks and the bathroom was disgusting. The shower was nasty and scummy and the beds are not comfortable at all.

The location was nice. Right across the street from the grocery store and close to other restaurants.

There was no elevators to make it easier to carry your stuff and a musty smell in the office lobby area and hallways
