The new room we were moved to still smelt like smoke. We were told it was cleaner. The sheets and blankets had cigarette burns. The AC was off when we arrived and took hours to cool down. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The room was overall uncomfortable. We were also forced to leave a $50 cash deposit in case we smoked. Then when they returned the deposit, they didn’t even check the room which was comical. If you’re looking for a bed to sleep in that is a mile from downtown, this is it. However, do not have any expectations.

We needed to swap rooms because the first one had broken plumbing, water on the floor, and smelt overwhelmingly like smoke.

Stayed in a smoking room the first night under a different reservation, very nasty in there, loud A/C, door didn’t seal. then our non smoking room was pretty acceptable, only issue was the bathtub faucet leaked

The room smells like smoke and you ask for a non-smoking room the refrigerator was not plugged in and working the microwave was not plug in and working the toilet did not flush very good the TV remote didn’t work with the TV the elevator only works going up and not down and I have to use a cane to walk with

Check ins/ Check outs are not flexible. Beds are super firm (uncomfortable for me) Room temp was elevated for hours upon arrival. Rooms are small.

Definitely cost efficient for a budget. Located 1 mile from Busch Stadium. Covered parking is available. Casino is located at the hotel next door.

The bathroom was really dirty. And it kinda turned us off of the whole room. There was hair in the corners of the tub and it was kinda gross

FILTHY! it needs to be deep clean at some point. Carpets were so filthy you could feel it. the fridge was so dirty and moldy I preferred not to use it. The shower was not clean either. Very outdated. NOISE! you can hear the train, traffic, and people talking all night long.

I didn't get the room I paid for it was dirty and the heat wasn't working he said it will take awhile for the room to heat up and it never did it was blowing out cd air so i ask to switch rooms he act like he didn't want to switch and give me another room finally he did the room was cleaner and the heat worked a lil bit it took a long to warm up but it did it was warm but it wasn't hot like it was supposed to be smh

Booking.com listing said they had a free shuttle to the ball game but they did not, also said there was a grab and go breakfast option, but there wasnt that either. Rooms could have been cleaner, cable didn't work half of the time. Air was not turned on in room before hand on a very hot day

The facility was in need of maintenance. Common areas were a mess. Staff were not freindy. TV didn't work right.

The room was filthy and in disrepair. The latch on the door was broken and did not work, the bedding had burn holes, the lampshades were torn and dirty, the towel rack was broken and the pieces were in the closet, no smoke detector, floor was cracked, tiles in bathroom were cracked, towels were old and coming apart, and the staff were not friendly. The parking was awful. There were wires exposed in the parking garage.

Could have been more clean better working door and a little cheaper for what it was

I didn’t like anything about it we went in the room to blood on the light switch, the door to the room wouldn’t close and it reaked of marijuana
