We had to ask for many items to be refilled in our room, shampoo we asked twice and they still didn’t refill , Kleenex, toilet paper.

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Was a nice enough building.

Our room was dirty, crums on the floor, not vacuumed, the pool was very cold, not enjoyable and the hot tub was way too hot. For $144 this was not close to worth it.

It wasn’t clean, crumbs on the floor of the room, food splattered on the wall. Chocolate or some brown substance was on the bedding, the window was extremely dirty in the tracks and the debris blew into the room. We couldn’t figure out the A/C, but never asked because we were exhausted. Cigarette butts were all over the grounds.

Breakfast was great, the pool was nice. The property was very quiet, we didn’t hear anyone. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The lobby is well taken care of. Parking was easy and available.

The mini split in our room didn't work well. I brought it to the front desk's attention twice. The 1st time he told me that it would take a while for it to catch up. The 2nd time he told me he would "call his guy." About 4 hours later "his guy" showed up, not in official uniform, took a look at it, went outside for 20 minutes and told me "it's doing a master reset. It won't get down to 58 in here like you have it set. The lowest it will get is 68. Other than that, it's working fine." It didn't even get down to 68. Other room's had mini splits that were working great. This one was barely enough to take the "edge" off of the heat. Disappointing when you pay that much for a room, and your amenities don't work. The other thing that I know happens often, but I don't think is right, is that they raised the rates for their rooms, knowing that there was going to be an influx of people coming to their town. So then when we got the "group rate" or "discount rate" it was the same rate as their everyday rates.

The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. The room was big! The lobby area was clean and cozy. The pool was big! The staff was kind. The location for this hotel was perfect!

2 queen room the 1st night was great. The one queen room the 2nd night was not a nice room. The heat/AC system would not work right and the toilet was sweating all over the floor(puddles). When we asked at the front desk she had no idea and tried to say it was because of the horrible humidity but that was not the case as the humidity was not bad at all. The room smelled musty and of mildew along with with damp.

It was right by where we needed to be. Cleanest and nicest hotel in Roseau area.

Hot tub was out of order. The pool room was cold as hell which led to no swimming! Very unenjoyable for my son who was really excited to swim on his birthday and Christmas. One pillow was DIRTY or moldy or something. There was no tub, just a roll-in folding seat shower that looked dirty and unappealing to use. There was no battery cover on our tv remote so the batteries kept falling out.
