It was a bit surprising that the trash can outside of the hotel entryway was almost always overflowing, as was the one in the front lobby. Similarly, the hand soap was out in the entryway bathroom on one afternoon, and was still out the next morning. Unfortunately the pool seemed dirty. Little bit strange to find the hotel at first -- go BEHIND Nani restaurant (blue color).

Really very clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Nice breakfast area with a good variety. Elevator felt very safe + maintained. Everything worked and felt kept up.

Would like to see updated room linens. Shower curtain could be longer to not slip out of the tub. Reminders to guests who use the pool not to get into the elevator with their feet, all wet

Water filler/fountain was unavailable and water wasn't available elsewhere. Staff flatly stated there wasn't a place to get water in the facility. Not helpful and not friendly.

I did like the friendly staff member at check in. The room was nice and had everything I needed. The location was good and the parking free.

Nothing stands out as being problematic. I guess housekeeping knocking on our door at 9am was kind of annoying but not really a big deal.

Loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby and the pool being open til midnight. Also loved the late checkout options. For an extra $25 they'll let you check out at 1pm or for an extra $50 you can stay until 3pm. Wish more hotels would do this.

The rooms were clean, my kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was fantastic. Full breakfast options with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits etc. They also had an adult happy hour at 5 with free beer and nachos and popcorn.

We had to find a place to stay last minute and this one worked out great. It had a very nice pool to relax in and it was located by a mall so we were able to get last minute things for our trip without any issues. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice in the morning.

you can clearly hear what everyone was doing next door. Hardly had any sleep because the room next door was sooo loud. Even slight opening of doors can be heard and vibrate

It was a bit far away from the isthmus. But, it was half the price of hotels nearer.

The room was modern. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and the breakfast staff were outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone for that experience alone

No interaction with employees. Like they didn't want to be bothered. Breakfast employees as well as desk employees.

Breakfast was great. Options were wonderful. Seems like a weird place for a hotel with so much closed around it. Once checked in there was no interaction with employees. Most were sitting on their phones at the front desk. Not a place that seemed to really welcome the guest. The day we arrived, there were two people working that were fantastic, but after that, it didn;t seem like they wanted to be bothered. Check out time is questionable. Although they said 12, when sent the text to check out it only went to 11. Confusing, so we went at 11.

Towels and really if you get a stain on them you could pay an additional 40 bucks. Towels should be as part if room fee. Almost afraid to use them. The pillows really three teeny tiny squares . You could use two full size pillows for more comfort. The desk people not always the nicest or friendly. Then the sign saying no new towels for 3 days. However they did replace them. It made you nervous to really dry off in case towel did not dry by morning. Even disney offers more towels. And they only change out every two days. .oh and the refrigerator would come on with like a generator sound every 20 minutes. Good thing we all were really tired.

Breakfast was great. So was happy hour. The wait service at kitchen for breakfast were friendlier and nicer than desk staff the pool and hot tub great.

Needed to use laundry but no quarter machine and front desk didn’t have extra. Per area needs to be kept up on. It is the responsibility of the pet owners to pick up after their pet but would be nice if bags were supplied. Minting front desk attendant was rude

Everything could use a good scrub. It's not surface dirty, but it has a deep grime that would be fixed with all hands on deck helping out and some serious elbow grease.

It was a great price, and I loved the noon checkout. It checked all the boxes for my needs when taking my kids to see the WIAA State basketball game.
