Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Overall satisfied.
The breakfast was good, but short on breads and bakery items. No bagels, one English muffin, two slices of bread, and only one pastry choice. I was very surprised that there was no orange juice, which is my first choice, and I suspect the first choice of many others. This was at 7:00 AM. The waffles and eggs were very good. Friendly staff.

Our room. The floor felt damp. I hated the bathroom. The shower is open to the hole room and feels way to cold to be in the room. You cannot take the shower off it stand so you could wash/rinse yourself. This is the second time we were stuck with this room, and I will not stay again in this room.
It was something to eat before we ventured to our job. we were not crazy about the eggs but they were ok. Sundays bisque and Gavey was not to my taste so I took a bisque and toasted it so it was something.

The bathtub was slippery from soap scum. The swimming pool needs some true maintenance covered in green mold, bottom of pool is slimey.
The front desk man was super friendly during check-in. The front desk lady this morning was super smiley during check out. Beds were clean and inviting.

Hot tub was broken, breakfast was not prepared on time, wish there was more options for breakfast, breakfast was warm (could of been a little warmer)

Breakfast was terrible if you tried to eat the dried up powdered eggs and old tough sausage. I grabbed a yogurt the next day, and we ate breakfast at a restaurant instead.
The first floor room with the jetted tub was wonderful! Especially since your pool and spa tub were out of order. The King bed was the most comfortable one I have slept in. No decaf, but I asked & some was made for me! 😊👍🏻

I didn't get the room I booked. Also the room they originally put me in had a terrible odor in it. It was the natural gas smell from the room next door to mine. Which was supposed to be my room in the first place. But the staff accommodated me right away and put me in a different room. So I was thankful for that.
The breakfast was pretty good. This first hotel that serves grape, orange and apple juice in the morning. That's a great touch. The rooms were nice size. Staff was friendly and the hot tub was awesome.

My room wasn't cleaned after the 1st night. I had to bring the trash to the front counter to get the smell out of the room.

I really wish the toilet had a cover on it. I hate that the water spray/ mist from flushing would go over the towels and whatever else was in the bathroom. We stayed on a Sunday night, so it was pretty quiet although the parking lot felt dark and there were a couple of guys ( scruffy looking ) standing outside smoking which made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t know if they were staying there or if they worked there. Also, they were very few places open for afternoon, coffee and pie, something like that, that was very disappointing. Besides fast food restaurants — I was hoping for some cute little coffee place. Why don’t you open one? 😃👍🏼
Didn’t have breakfast. I liked our room being close to the hot coffee and our vehicle. I like that the lobby was comfortable to visit in with my family. I like that it was clean, had lots of outlets and that we could open up the windows. We did not use the shower, but it looked fine.

We had a small issue with our tv initially not working, but the staff were quick and efficient in fixing the issue and were very happy with their quick resolution.
The location is great, maybe only a minute or two from Main st. In Hartford. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
