However some of the couch arms were broken when we got it the room but other then that it was fine.

We didn’t try the breakfast. But the room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. And the lady that helped us was really kind.

Two negatives: (1) No elevator, and (2) The rugs on the stairs are filthy.

Had a one-bedroom suite with 2 televisions for some private space. Room was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

We visited for 2 nights beginning with New Years Eve. It didn't seem as if anyone at the front desk was paying attention on New Years Eve as there was a small dog barking incessently until about 3am and also children making noise (slamming doors, running, talking & laughing loudly in the hallway) until well past 2am. Our room was on the 2nd floor. We didn't realize that so many guests would be bringing their dogs. I saw five during our stay. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was out of service during our stay.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We are repeat customers. It was our 3rd stay here.

We we're looking forward to using the hot tub, That's one of the reasons we booked this hotel. But when we arrived the hot tub was broke.

The room was very clean and well kept And they allowed dogs.

The fact that there was no dressers... One of the rooms had a funny odor...The gentleman at the desk said we could change the next day but we didn't bother to.

The room was okay except that there werre no dressers shich was unusual...just hooks on the wall to hang things . The breakfast was very nice as was the indoor pool...The staff was very friendly.

There was some mildew on the wall behind the toilet in Room 105. That would be an easy fix. The hot tub not working was a big disappointment. Bring back the breakfast sandwiches for the microwave

They were very accomodating as I was disabled. We really enjoyed spending time on the patio as well as in the lobby.

No hot tub, it was out of order, Microwave wasn't working properly, T.V. kept going out. There's not much lighting at night in the pool area. Couldn't use the outside space area. There was a lot of repairs and maintenance issues

No elevator. Carpet in the hallway was old. Room doors need to be updated. Only gave 2 towels and wash rags per room, we had 3 people in one room and 4 in the other.

Rooms were clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Okay continental breakfast. Not far from the beach, 15 minutes in traffic. Near the outlets and alot of places to eat.

Slow running sink drain. Shower wall had clump of long blonde hair on it that I had to remove. Blonde hair strand also found on toilet tank. Oversight on part of whom ever cleaned the bathroom.

Location was good. Staff were nice. Overall comfortable stay.
