We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe floors look like they need a deep clean. The floor in our room had stuff on it. Our room had a fridge but no microwave or coffee maker. There is a breakfast room. But don't expect breakfast.
The price was the best thing about this place. Sucks they don't advertise the $50 deposit needed to stay.

United Statesbathroom door was broken and wouldn't close, shower wouldn't fully turn on so water came out of shower and bath. lady working Tuesday night was super rude, wouldn't give us towels for showers because housekeeping left even though we asked prior to going to dinner. I had to buy towels at target. we also booked there due to Booking.com saying it was pet friendly but the woman working Tuesday saying we couldn't have our dog there, we had already been there 2 nights with him.

United StatesThe room had a strong smell. The surroundings smell like weed. And there were loud noises around since early morning. Also, the bathroom sink was cracked. The carpeted area in the room seemed not cleaned and had a wet spot near the bed.

NigeriaThe entire place was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Despite having "No Smoking" sign, the enforcement was abysmal. It is not a healthy place especially when you have asthma or traveling with kids. I had to ask that room be cleaned.
The set up was OK. I liked the fact that my family was in the same suite and could bond together.
