Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. I did not like that the shower was extremely slippery and there was no rubber mat to prevent injury. I almost slipped twice while trying to bathe. I put a floor towel inside the tub so that my elderly family member would not get hurt.
I did not read or understand the beds would be full size, that is my fault. Also there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room upon arrival which was different.

I could listen to the other rooms next door. Not many options for breakfast but it was ok.
There are plenty of supermarket and restaurants near by! I really liked the shutle to Disney, it was very convenient to get round.

No air conditioning in the hallway or elevators the carpet hallway needed to be shampoo The curtain was a little off tact in my room .The room was clean..nice size room and bathroom.

The property is old and run down. Needs an upgrade. The parking is very difficult. Trash overflowed by the front door. I think it’s due to being understaffed. There was a bug in the ceiling in my room and I had to kill it.
I really liked the staff. Everyone was helpful and professional. If there was anything we needed, it did not take long to get a hold of them. Wonderful breakfast.

Construction was taking place during my stay, parking was tough, and breakfast seemed messy. Guest were troubled by a toaster not working and messy station.

The hallways are a little funky, don't look to close to details. Be prepared to walk a long distance to your room, you have to always come & go from the main lobby & it is a large hotel.
This is the 2nd time we've stayed here because we visit friends in Fullerton. Its a convenient hotel for getting on & off the freeway to get to Disneyland or L.A. We had the same room both times (237) & like that its next to the stairwell & elevator. It can be a little noisy because of this (& freeway), but we prefer not having people on either side of our room. Windows open, which we 👍 like. There's 2-Full size beds/pillows in this room, which are extremely comfy. Free breakfast in morning- its actually really nice. There's lots of choices & Hot food too (not just cereal).They provide shampoo/conditioner in big containers in bath/shower which is nice too. The swimming pool has recently been redone & is large, seemed quiet most of the time. There's also washer/dryers-you have to pay for. Free parking. Very close to Target/mall, lots of food options within 1/2 mile.

I didn’t like how the room smelled. There was a really bad odor coming from the room. We had thought it was something that was forgotten or missed by the cleaning crew but it was just not a pleasant smell. We had to buy air spray and turn on the AC so the smell could go away. Also I was kind of disappointed in the breakfast. I wish there was more variety and more options.
I liked how all the staff at the desk were super friendly and checking in was very easy. They were able to accommodate my check out time which was very needed and I am very thankful for the easy communication with the staff.

The outdated carpet & furniture, the walls need new paint, and the sliding doors that open to the courtyard are also outdated.

Our room was very old and zero maintenance. Carpet disgusting and there was a chair there extremely dirty (we didn’t even dare to put our luggage there) it wasn’t clean at all.
Service. People at the front desk very friendly and attentive. Shuttle to Disney is a great perk.

Didn’t get the room I payed for.
Plain breakfast and front desk staff seem very quiet. I didn’t get my partial view as I booked even though I did message the staff once I got to my room.
