The location made this worth the stay!!

The water pressure was lacking and water fixtures could be updated. When the person flushed upstairs you could hear it come through our rooms pipes!

Location was fantastic! So close to Disneyland. The walk was very easy! Pool and outdoor space was great! We even had a private patio.

The rooms were a little less than desirable. Clearly, it had been "updated" in the sense of new furniture and a new coat of paint. But the bathrooms were terrible. Out of date, super small, a few flies, questionable if it was really clean because of chipped paint.

It was a 10-minute walk from door to door to Disneyland. Even though it technically didn't have a restaurant there were lots of nearby options and getting food delivered was so easy.

The bathroom needed some improvements. Broken toilet seat. Sticking faucet handle.

It was close to the parks, the staff was friendly, and the facilities had a lot of nice amenities!

Booking.com sent us an email confirming our request for bed rails for our baby (he won't sleep in a pack n' play). Upon arrival, we inquired about the rails only to be told they don't have them at all. They said that Booking.com shouldn't have sent that message on their behalf.

It was very close to Disneyland. It was very affordable especially compared to other hotels. It had a lot of amenities even though we did not use any. The pool seemed great, but it was too cold to swim.

Like most reviews have called out the bathrooms are a little bit dated (a bit squishy/tight to get around, water temperature a bit fickle for adjusting). Parking (behind gates) was one-direction traffic, so if you're lucky you could find a spot closer to your building, but otherwise you gotta loop around and park in the front. Parking is ~$23 a day (after taxes).

We traveled in February so the AC wasn't something we were concerned about. The room temp was mostly comfortable our whole stay. The location/proximity to the park was superb, without really trying too hard we were in line for security check at Disney entrances by 8am both days. Room was easy to get to (our request for ground floor was available) and the beds were comfy (2 Queens). Housekeeping and receptionists were very friendly and quick with requests (our shampoo pumps weren't working and they came in with a replacement in minutes)! We booked almost a month in advance got some good "early booking" rates. Recommend that you book through booking.com so you can have the free cancellation window (just in case). I don't think they offered that if you booked directly with them.

Not the properties fault, some noisy people not caring about other people. One lady threatened us when we asked them to quiet down. Facilities gave us a different room within minutes and security escorted us to the new room.

It was spacious, clean comfortable beds.

No breakfast included. For the price it should be. Charge for parking! The bathroom is overdue for a refresh.

It was right across the street from Disneyland, a very short walk. The bed was very comfortable and the front desk staff was nice.

They did take a while to check us in, and it took them a bit to get the crib that we requested in our room. Also it wasn't clear from the description that the rooms are not connected to the lobby, so you have to walk outside to get to the lobby, not ideal when it's raining and you have two children. But then again it rarely rains there, it was just our luck.

Walking distance from Disneyland! Dining options close by. Rooms were comfortable and staff was nice. The convenience store inside the lobby was also very convenient.

The rooms needed painting and smelled musty at times

A friend referred us to this property and I jumped on a reservation when I could get 2 kings for a cheaper price than 2 queens. Across the street and a block down from Disneyland, it was great. Staff was always SUPER friendly no matter the time of day, grounds were inviting and cute, pool with hot tub was great...

The wall air units were right behind a bed, so the air didn't circulate well. The room was comfortable, but who ever slept on the side of the bed was blasted with air all night. The rooms had large sliding glass doors, which allowed plenty of fresh air during the day.

Helpful, friendly staff. Nice little pizza restaurant attached and other food options on the same block. The pool was large, heated, and well maintained. Most important to our trip, the hotel was close to Disneyland.

It’s old. The bathrooms were super small and challenging for a family of four to get ready in. The heating/cooling unit is so close to the bed that it’s hard to sleep on the side of the bed where it’s located.

Location was great for a Disneyland home base. The grounds were well kept and the room was clean and quiet.
