To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room slightly dated needs refresh, also cleaning staff knocked on door at 8 am, I was asleep after multiple flights

The room was large and well furnished. The windows are a great feature s they let you see downtown up close. The bed was very comfortable and the room darkening shades were wonderful.

United States of AmericaThe traffic noise was crazy. It sounded like cars were cruising and reving/racing engines. Also, the TV in the sleeping area was on the side wall, which made it a bit awkward to watch TV.
The location of the hotel for Taxi and Uber was great. It was close to the Railroad Depot and good restaurants. The room was spacious with a comfortable king sized bed that was separate from the sitting area with tv and bathroom.

The location of this hotel was great - right smack dab in the middle of downtown. This hotel could definitely use some updating and renovation but it didn't take away from our stay. The A/C of our room worked great, the 2 queen beds were comfy as can be, and we all loved the fluffy pillows. It had a refrigerator and TV and hairdryer, and plenty of towels - all things we needed on our stay. The front staff was so kind and accommodating. I wouldn't mind staying here again for sure.
