Everything was wonderful, so nothing negative to write about.

The location was excellent. The pathway to the beach was at the end of the road. The hosts provided beach chairs and towels. The yard itself was an oasis, with a hot tub, pool, beautiful seating area in the back and a fire pit in the front. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed when eating in. I picked the place based on the great reviews, and I wasn't disappointed.

The exterior was not as nice as the interior. Due to prior hurricanes, there is still some construction and renovation in progress in Fort Myers Beach and it was noisy at times, but it was tolerable.

The interior was beautifully decorated and the location was VERY close to the beach! The kitchen was spacious and modern. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.

asides from a new shower curtain, this place was flawless in my opinion!

I am picky as all, and it was almost impossible to find any issues with this place, not that i was even looking. Beautiful property, friendly renters on both sides. clean and quite. Very enjoyable, roomy all and all amazing., and that dark spare room! omg! you can sleep at ANY! time of the day, that room was awesome!

Wish we could’ve used the pool. It was not heated and colder than the ocean.

The location was very close to the beach and a short walk. Dogs can be on the beach if leashed. The hot tub was nice and hot. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Plenty of cookware. TV in every room. Walk-in shower for elderly. Large double door, refrigerator, freezer side-by-side and dishwasher.

Beautifully decorated with quality furnishings and appointments. Comfortable. Friendly on-site hosts, who allow your privacy. Truly, very close to the Gulf beach.

There was really nothing that we didn't like about this rental. The only drawback to being on the island was that at times, it can be an hour to get on or off of it (no different than islands in Massachusetts or New York). Cable TV for viewing sports at night would be a plus. We had our own car, but the trolley or bus schedule would have been helpful to have as well.

The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. The hosts were pleasant and available. Even the neighbors were friendly!

The only negative thing was traffic can get backed up if you head into the downtown area by car but it is within walking distance. However, it is a short walk to the grocery store and restaurants in the opposite direction of downtown.

It is a beautiful place vey clean and nicely updated. The kitchen had plenty of pans, dishes and utensils to cook with. Large kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. All in good working condition. There was a beautiful patio both in front and in the back with a pool and hot tub. Large bedroom and living room. Owners are very friendly, informative about the area and respectful of your privacy.

My only complaint is that I wasn't able to use the hot tub. It seemed to be unavailable as the water level was considerably low.

Liked the location's proximity to restaurants, beach, and the grocery store. Was a very quiet neighborhood as well.
