There was an odor of urine in the room. We presume that there was an animal that had relieved itself on the carpet.

The bed was comfortable. The room was good size. The bathroom was clean with clean towels and wash cloths.

This time I had my son with me & everything was fine we managed to enjoy ourself for The Staff Are Great and everything went well got our sleep that's all that counted T Apple Tree & Ur Staff They All Did a great job at making our stay as pleasant as possible

The thing that didn't work & the 1 times that those things that were needing assistant & didn't get so I had to go without something that should of been working for my self comfort & were a necessary bathroom light,telephone,& TV that is suppose to be free Internet & cable but I managed without I just hope that it doesn't happen again I do not want or like to complain or have to manage without on something that is a necessary issue that should be in good operating condition & if it isn't it should be attended to promptly so the guest doesn't have to go without thank u..

I have been staying here quite often lately & I do have say some of the stays have been good mostly,but there's been a few that I'm gonna have questioned about certain things not working or or barely worked also when I alone stayed I had gotten a room that there was no light in bathroom(couldn't take a bath had to keep bath door open so the hall light could shine in there the TV wasn't coming in channels for the internet wouldn't connect so no TV was watched & I'm wasn't to worried about the third thing & that was the motel phone in room couldn't plug that in for it made a high pitch screeching sound that would stop so I had to walk over to office to tell them about issues 3/4times in which nothing was done about it I left the next morning coming back that even & was put back into the room next to the room that didn't get attended to while I was staying then this room I have been in now a few times and everything is working only that it makes a few different annoying sounds but dealing with it other then some minor fixes sometimes things aren't that bad the staff are polite & kind they are helpful when necessary & they are pretty fair most of the time with they're prices on the rm & the deposit can't always say it quite cuz it hasn't always been I'm always put under someone & some of those guest that have been above have been a bit noisy with stomping of the feet hitting the floors & walls screaming kids up late slamming the door that's only been a couple of times done when I have stayed I enjoy the peace & quite when I can get it which has been most of my stays all in all I would recommend this motel to people if they need a one that is pretty good with they're prices & the room are 90% to 95% clean & in good working condition I would rate Apple Tree on a scale 1 thru 10 I give it a 7 for the rooms & 9 for they're staff 3 Stars great location...

They need to fix some things that don't work or something also other then those little miner fixes that actually need to get done k kandy Forester.

The bathtub and being able to soak in one the staff is great I really like them the stay are nice with only a few minor fixes but other then that it's not a bad place to go and get done what u need to relax etc ok TY for all the hospitality & help u have give me Kandy Forester..

Entry into building smelled awful, the room smelled awful, not cleaned properly, no screen on windows, extremely louspd air-conditioning, tv network would not load. I purchased cleaning supplies to re-clean entire room. Very disappointed. Would submit photos but have respect for staff.....

Staff is always helpful and welcoming. Laundry facilities are open 24 hours.

Dated, needs upgrades. (Electrical plugs worn out) carpet a 1990 vintage, room smelled musty. Advertised breakfast was very disappointing, A coffee and a packaged muffin can hardly be called breakfast.

I was able to get a room due to the circumstances I was put into. Thank you for that. However, it took over 15 to check out, very unsatisfying to me. Also, I never got my deposit back!!!

Man at counter assumed I was loitering. Took almost 30 minutes to check out. Way too expensive. Cigarette holds in sheets. Smelled weird. "Breakfast" was one kind of granola bar and a blueberry muffin. Cleaners tried to enter when we were still in there.

Cute room, looked like a studio apartment. No bugs.

They advertise a breakfast. Breakfast consists of one choice of granola bar, instant oatmeal, Coffee & sometimes a piece of fruit . The returnable credit card deposit (after being held a few days) is more than the room.

I travel to this area fairly often and look for a budget friendly motel, which the Apple Tree definitely is. The room meets basic needs and is worn but clean.

What I expected for the priced

This Motel is just an overnighter with no frills or fancy furniture. Great if you are just looking for a place to sleep. To far from Downtown and not much around it other than a grocery store and a Walmart.
