Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The property really wasnt bad but the pictures they post make it look brand new and thats not the case. The restaurant isnt open, the hot tub isnt open and the pool is freezing! We had gotten 2 rooms both were decent.
I liked that there werent any bugs

Design results in rooms that are pretty dark with little natural light. When groups are in the open space, that room noise is pretty high.
Unique facility - rooms overlook central "event" space in center. Lots of nooks and corners to read, etc. Room was plenty spacious. Staff was accommodating.

Hot tub was closed down for Maintenance, outside of hotel looks like a dump. Our room was supposed to have a balcony and staff said there is no balcony for any of the rooms. Had issues with getting more towels and shampoo because they said they were "low on supplies due to people only staying one night and not reusing their stuff". The inside of the hotel is very different, not even sure how to explain it. Other people that were checking in how the look on their face of "what did I just book". Don't get me wrong, room was clean and bed was comfy. It was cheap rate compared to other hotels. You get what you pay for.

Dirt on the bathroom floor. My shower was broken and I was very disappointed to find that out early in the morning.
The beds were fine and clean. They were fairly comfortable as well.

Sauna was broken. Most of the facilities are under renovation. The attached restaurant is also closed due to renovation. Their is a lounge for 21 plus stock full. However, it was closed. The game room was closed. 1 elevator broken as well. Friday night was a good night. Saturday becomes a day of parties. Place was jam-packed people parting and hanging out in hallways, making it hard to walk down. Kids running around through the halls till 1 am. Sunday morning, the only working elevator was stuck on the 4th floor. The 4th floor was being renovated, so no one was supposed to be up there. The only ice machine was on the 3rd floor.
The pool area was nice. It is an indoor outdoor pool. It has a steam room that worked great. The gym was small but functional.

I was bummed the attached restaurant and bar were closed. Also the game room was closed up as well. The breakfast was just meh. The sausage tasted "tangy' like it was expired. The orange juice machine was broke down and there weren't any tongs for the breads. They were also in the stale side.
The price was great for a nights stay. I think at one point in time in was a really cool place. It's a little outdated but the rooms were clean. The pool looked nice. We didn't have a chance to use it though.

Loud crowd due to a party going all night , and pool hot tub wasn’t available til 10 am . Need change the time . All ones I’ve stayed at was 6am . But not bad place but wouldn’t be my 1st pick .

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a drink sitting on top of the ac unit and a water bottle on top of the bathroom mirror. We noticed those two things as soon as we walked in. Bathroom was not very clean.
It was decently priced for a weekend. Beds were comfortable.

Tough to get ahold of staff. I called to book, no answer so I booked through 3rd party. called front desk for question about WiFi - no answer again.

The flloors felt like they were cleaned and not well rinsed, so they felt dirty even though you could tell by the smell they cleaned. Breakfast was underwhelming for the cost of the room.
The pool was fun - it's both indoor and outdoor.

Bathroom was dirty, like it wasn't properly cleaned after the last guest. It was late so I just picked up Bathroom cleaner from DG down the street. Few maintenance issues but they didn't effect our stay. Tub leaked at the hot water knob and the shower bar was pulling out of the wall. Breakfast was ok. They definitely could have had it arranged for better flow but again, didn't effect our stay.
Bed was comfortable enough. I liked the vinyl floors in the hotel room.
