Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaGetting to the Sedona of the Arizona Grand was challenging especially at night when we had never been there. The parking lot is a maze and we never really figured out the best way in and out of the Sedona area. They had main entrances to the area blocked off either with huge flower pots or barriers. Room service closed early at 10PM, we got in about 11PM and couldn't order anything. The room itself, walls, fold out couch etc. were out dated. Seems it could use some wall fixings and touch up paint. The extra blanket was dirty with hair. I had to ask for clean blankets. The fold out couch mattress needs replacing. We could feel the springs of the fold out couch through the mattress.
The room was a good size, the room service was fast and good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The Lobby Grill staff was exceptional and the food was good. The Oasis water park was great. It was great to have a pool right outside of our room to go to when the Oasis closed at 5PM.

United States of America1. They have microwaves but you have to purchase by the day. 2. The Lobby grill restaurant was pricey which was fine but the quality of the food didn't equate to the price, 3. The laundry facility had 1 washer and 1 dryer that was outdoors.
1.The resort is beautiful and well maintained 2. It's located near a lot of food places and it's not far from the airport. 3. The rooms are spacious 4. The staff were welcoming

United States of AmericaOur room was on the ground floor with a Juliet balcony facing a brick wall. We specifically asked for a full balcony to sit out on & not ground floor. Room had a musty smell in one corner.
The pool & service was very nice.

United States of AmericaThe food at The Oasis is way overpriced and everything comes a la cart. They check your bags on your way in and you are not allowed to bring any of your own food or drinks in. A fountain soda is $7.25-$8 and non refillable. French fries are $10. Prices increase from there. Our 9yr old daughter was tall enough to go on the water slides one day and not the next, so that was extremely disappointing. She was definitely tall enough and we would never let her do anything that compromises her safety.
The Arizona Grand Resort is a great resort for families. The Oasis has something for everyone- from 8 story water slides to a splash pad for the littles. The rooms are spacious and very nice and the staff is kind and very accommodating. They will take you in a golf cart to either one of their restaurants located on their property.

United States of AmericaI had a deluxe suite and had to pay extra to bring a microwave to the room per night. Also the price for food, snacks and drinks at water park is out of control. Thirty some dollars for three dippin dots for the kids is outrageous. Room was having a hard time cooling down at nights.
Enjoyed the water park, kids had a great time swimming and lots to keep us busy in the water park.
