United States5 Reviews2 helpful votes“Adequate motel”The two sinks in our bathroom in room 110 had no hot and when I spoke with the woman at the front desk, she said she thought the maintenance person was coming that day and she would let him know. Completely not helpful for us as we were checking out that day. Also the floor wasn't as clean as I'd expect.
The location was very convenient for the Laguna art festivals. Breakfast was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Free parking is a great feature.

Also, the nightstands and windows were not cleaned and were visibly dirty. The rest of the room seemed clean enough.
Great location, wonderful staff, included breakfast and beach chairs, towels and boogie boards, staff was super kind, comfortable bed, water bottles in the room.

For the price the place was very reasonable and close to the beach and restaurants. We didn't go to the beach but were told if we needed beach chairs, umbrellas or boogie boards that they would provide them. Staff was great as well.

The location was terrific in proximity to the beach. The renovations will be wonderful once fully completed.
