A hotel sits in a shoddy location in Vegas in between the main strip and the stratosphere, loud noises throughout the night drumming a whole bunch of shoddy wedding chapels let's get married in Vegas places. Lots of scary people, dirty.

The room was a very nice room not sure if other rooms were nice like this. As we walk past some rooms we saw bunk beds in the rooms like there was a hostel Clean up the outside of the hotel and surroundings in the area it might be a nice place to stay.

Pool isn't heated & was super cold.

Becides some construction going on upstairs from us, I actually enjoyed our stay. It's like a motel style. Communicated with staff that the floor could use more focused moping, but that was miniscule. They had fresh towels, even for pool & housekeeping if you need. It served us well & was definitely affordable.

The building outside needs more care, elevators was dirty, I was disappointed with the rules about the pool, wish they have the option to stay open a little bit later...

The parking.

The room was very spacious and clean. Downtown location. Right across the street from the $10 tattoo spot.

Homless spots in the area. Sometimes noisy during the night because of other guests and the Blvrd. (watching TV all night, car noises in the court)

The staff was kind all the time and the room was cleaned up orderly on time everyday. The location is close to the art district and still close to the Main Part of the LV Blvrd.

Heard the neighbors talking and snoring so the insulation is low...

Close to Arts District where many brewerys can be found. Quick checkout but rooms were not ready for checkin at 4pm.

Location. It is located far north of the strip. There were 4 police cars when we were there, kind of triggered some anxiety and wonder what was happening, but we didn't want to pry. I didn't get a good sleep thinking about it, though. But staff seemed calm about the situation, and police dealt with what's going on. They have a good sound proofing and we didn't hear any commotion.

Facility is clean, and our needs were met. Staff are nice and helpful.

Now, if we’re going to be completely and 100% honest, there was a few things that I didn’t like about the property. Number one being that the rooms don’t come with microwaves or mini fridges, number two being that the pool was dirty so there was no swimming, lastly, I would say the housekeepers were a little loud and had woken me up multiple times due to just talking outside my door. However, I would say nothing was unmanageable or a huge bother.

When it comes to the property, what I found to be the most enjoyable was the overall room itself, the room was clean, and kept up on, and I guess you could say the general vibe of the hotel was also enjoyable.

My only issue was the noise at night. The property should have security. It should feel more safe and peaceful at night. Someone even jiggled my outside door handle and ran. This guy was standing by my window on the phone, very suspicious!

External property could use some improvement with maintenance... our door looked like it was "broken into" when it didn't quite shut properly. But the lock works, and family felt safe while inside.

We were pleasantly surprised how clean & updated the room was upon entering, despite initial impression the property was not "upscale." The receptionist was welcoming & helpful.
