The staff at reception was just miserable and rude as most people in Maui, there is a bad vibe… my apartment was the furthest away and had luggage nobody helped me carry it; plus my building had no elevator and was on the second floor. I stayed 5 nights and only had a change of towels and removing of trash … not good , for this aspects I give the property a 5 out of 10

The apartment was so beautiful and amazing and overall the property with the garden and swimming pools was amazing! Very very beautiful, I would give the facilities a 10

Parking could have been a bit better. Lots of reserved spots that were unavailable which sometime meant a hike to the apartment.

The location was great. Right across from the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants. Central location for better access to North Kihei and Wailea.

The bedroom is not completely private. the door that separates the bedroom and living area is not provide complete privacy.

Parking instructions could have been better. Clearly there is only the third floor where we could have parked but we were given very vague instructions 'park where it does not say reserved'. It would have been more direct to just say go all the way up to the third floor that is the only one with no reserved spots

Downsides: Front desk was not open 24 hours (9am-9pm) Housekeeping was not available 24 hours either No eateries on property (but again - you're in walking distance of many places to eat) Plan accordingly if getting to the hotel after 9pm!

Hotel was located right across the beach, and within walking distance to many eateries. We didn't see this until we were checking out, but on the balcony, there were 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella and a boogie board. Pool was ok but we didn't book this hotel for the pool. Area felt safe. We had a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms - super helpful! Full kitchen and washer/dryer (laundry detergent in room, but not dryer sheets) Free parking

A little outdated, room keys easily demagnetise and we were locked out and it security struggled to help us get back in which was not ideal.

The hot tub was great, easy walking to a beach and shops and food.
