The A/C was not working which the front desk personnel mentioned during check-in but he seemed to make me feel that it isn’t available in any rooms but I saw the AC duct and thermostat in my room. Maybe it was broken but he made it sound like none of their rooms have A/C

The Cafe/Bar closed one night at 7 and another night at 8. Had to walk to another resort for a night cap.

The King sized bed was way too soft and after two nights I had a terribly achy back. Luckily we were given a new room w/ decent beds.

Great pools for small children. Beautiful grounds and short walk to the beach. And we really liked the Castaway Restaurant!

As the location is a bit isolated the restaurant could have opening hours later than 8 pm. Sometimes the receptionists seemed a bit annoyed/ stressed, but they were always friendly, so it weighted not too much.

The location is very nice and let you dive into paradise. With the pool and beach in front it's perfect with children. It's just a little outside to have a relaxing atmosphere but by car just a 10 min. ride to Lahaina center.

The rooms were not cleaned everyday so that was different. Items like shampoo and conditioner were almost empty bottles. Good thing we brought our own.

I like the spaciousness of the condo and the amenities at the resort. We had access to two pools and hot tubs. The beach was a short distance from our room and was always accessible and clean. We enjoyed having a restaurant on site that also did room service. It allowed us to just focus on relaxing and not worrying about finding and then driving to a spot outside of the resort for a meal. Their food was always delicious!

The fact that the laundry room was in the back however that was beyond anyone's control.

The room met our expectations in terms of it having the necessities which also included 2 pools and the laundry room. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the Cafe (very nice staff). We also had interaction with the front office and they were welcoming and insightful.

Very poor maid service , stayed there 7days and got the room cleaned and sheets changed 1 time terrible. The bed was a fold up one which is literally a couch, terrible otherwise everything else was fine
