The location on the beach was lovely, having paddle boards, kayaks available was also a bonus. Beds comfortable and clean, very peaceful.

Breakfast was disappointing No mirrors in any rooms except bathroom No room service as standard, we put sign on door but due to wind it flew away so room wasn’t serviced and no-one seemed bothered

The continental breakfast was not what we expected. There was not a variety and seemed more like a hotel.

Location was great, the cottage was very clean, and the staff was super friendly.

Hot water was inefficient. Too many forbidding notices around the place. Quite pricey for the quality of accommodation, but that’s Key Largo at a weekend.

Location was perfect for a beautiful sunset through the palms and over the sea.

Some noise nuisance from nearby route #1, a/c, and refrigerator, poorly equipped kitchenette no room service throughout the stay

The beautyful Florida Keys... the well-kept garden gives a tropical atmosphere, comfortable beds and beach loungers, rental of bicycles & kayaks for free - great to explore the bay any time you want! We preferred Islamorada Founders Park for swimming - just 10 minutes away.

Just what we were looking for. Small, maybe 30 rooms, nice pool, private beach, bicycles, games, simple continental Bfast. Plenty of restaurants within 5 miles. Bfast cafes within one or two miles if you need more. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great facilities, pool, water toys and equipment. BBQ set up and amenities as well as the trailer morning coffee was much appreciated.. Free parking and couple of restaurant near by were a bonus.

It was very nice! I didn’t know what the neighborhood was like but it seemed to be a safe area.

Very cute place with free activities( biking,kayaking, paddle boarding) I liked the little free snack breakfast. Nice clean rooms with a little kitchen with a full refrigerator and dishes helped us out. Would definitely stay again. Loved this place on the water with a beach and pool!!!

The breakfast is really just grab and go - muffins and bars, nothing extensive. I will also mention you likely need a car to get around the area.

Property is so cute! Not too crowded, good value - bikes, kayaks, SUPs and friendly staff! Just pure relaxation.

I like to be able to get the suitcase creases out of our clothes so I was disappointed there was no iron or ironing board in the room. I was also a little disappointed we could only walk to 1 restaurant (it was good food there however) and the continental breakfast provided was very basic but it was still good to start the day with a coffee and muffin as opposed to nothing.

It was a good location on the water with lovely sunsets. Our room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Quaint and quite a gem of a place. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do. Extremely safe and clean, as I am a widow traveling with teenagers. I highly recommended.
