The people at the front desk were unfriendly, rude and unwelcoming.

This hotel is in a good location with a nice beach front view but the people at the reception were terrible when we arrived.! The man and woman who were working in the afternoon treated us like we were not liked and not welcomed. The reception was just not friendly, and they quickly/rudely dismissed us since the room/reservation was not ready. Later, when the room was ready, we timidly approached to get our keys and their terse instructions and just tried to avoid them.

Rooms (I stayed in 2 rooms) needed a maintenance check. Knobs loose, toilet seats moving, patched holes in bathroom walls, stains on carpet. The restaurant would not make us a breakfast reservation unless we went on open table. We went to the restaurant in person to make a reservation for the next day. When we ate, we had to wait long for food and service (states on the menus they will not split bills - felt a little ‘diva’).

Honestly- I can’t think of anything! Except for the spa showers being cold, which we alerted the staff to. But that is literally all I can even think of! Out stay was excellent.

We had a wonderful time at the Atlantic! Perfect location and many amenities. We used both the gym and the spa in addition to the pool and took advantage of the included beach loungers as well. The staff at the Atlantic was incredible! So helpful, courtesy, and just very friendly overall. Would 100% return!

Pool & Spa needs a little TLC.

Front desk staff was friendly and well meaning but overwhelmed by incompetent computer check-in system. There was an extremely irritating alarm beeping for the entire 20 minutes we were held at check-in that management refused to turn off despite requests from the desk clerk.

Look out for hidden fees. The hotel charges extra $50 per day on top of the price you’re being charged when booking this hotel. If your stay is 7 days, you’re looking at $350 extra! These fees are mandatory even if you don’t use the services they’re supposed to cover. The info about these fees is hidden, and you’ll have to look for fine print to find out about them. This seriously spoiled our stay.

The gym was dated and some of the equipment not working properly but inwas able to get a light workout in. The restaurant in the hotel had a decent menu but the cushions amd padding on the seats where younare eating were heavily stained with food and grease (Skeevy). The Hotel as a product is great however Hotel staff seemed unhappy which came across as unfriendly.

The room and balcony were directly facing the Ocean and was beautiful to watch the sunrise while having morning coffee. The location of the property is well located and away from the loud and noisy section of Ft Lauderdale Beach. The hotel and room were well sanitized daily. The room has a small efficiency kitchen that is perfect for cold storage of food, snacks and drinks. Bed, linens, towels, bathroom toiletries all good.

Great location. Very clean. Decent restaurant but pricey. Staff was SUPER friendly and helpful except front desk. They did not look like they worked there…dressed and looked very unprofessional.
