Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score, we add up all the review scores and divide that total by the number of review scores we received. Guests can also give separate subscores in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently – there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe people staying in the room next to mine got into a physical altercation, which was loud and disruptive. BUT, the management of the motel was right on it and resolved the entire situation quickly and efficiently. The rest of the night was uneventful and it was overall a pleasant stay!
The retro vibe was really neat! The room was clean and comfortable. The motel was conveniently located close to an awesome restaurant for breakfast!

United States of AmericaThe location is okay -- a few long blocks out of the town core on the main drag. Not too noisy, though.
Fun themed facility and room. Super easy check in and out. They offer breakfast but we did not take advantage of it. Room was clean and comfortable. The river walk is very nearby and a nice way to get into town and beyond if deisred.

United States of AmericaLocation wasn’t the best, it was a little dirty. Trash all over the parking area etc. it’s retro but furnishings were very dated. Advertisement said that they had a continental breakfast. Really wasn’t much of a breakfast. Costco muffins that were cut in half and wrapped up individually and coffee.
It was cute. Very retro

United States of AmericaSome outlets didn’t work and you had to have the bathroom and vanity lights on to use the outlet by the vanity. We were constantly having to unplug some items in order to use others.
The staff was wonderful! The decor was adorable and we had everything we needed, except outlets.

United States of AmericaMattress was old and sank to one side. Walls are super thin & you could hear every movement of others in the building. Bathroom door did not shut all the way and if it did then it stuck shut and was difficult to open. Host was very helpful & friendly.
Easy location to find

United States of AmericaReally, my only gripe was the few electrical outlets, four in the entire room, including one in back of the mattress, and two controlled by wall switches. Again, common for an old motel like that.
Kitchy little motel on the highway not far from the Megler bridge. Surpisingly, I did not hear the noise from the bridge. The room was small and minimally maintained, common for an old motel.

United States of AmericaNo AC in the room, just a mobile fan. Luckily it wasn’t too hot though. No sofa or comfortable chairs to lounge on. Fridge was small with only a super small freezer compartment (not really a problem, just fyi). Breakfast was included, but was too late to really take advantage of, from 9am-11am only. There was some rumbling from the bridge and highway, but it wasn’t particularly bothersome. Toilet clogged on basically the first use. Didn’t seem like a very strong toilet, so make sure to hold the handle down for the whole flush if you’re not sure it’ll make it!
The room felt generally clean, if slightly old. Location was pretty good. It shares a parking lot with an exceptional diner that opens early for breakfast. The Astoria river walk and bridge were just across the street too. The bed was not uncomfortable, and the shower was quite hot (there actually wasn’t a cold water control in our room). Check in/out was simple and quick. Front staff was professional and helpful.

United States of AmericaOne suggestion for room 110 would be black out curtains. The light outside the room is very bright considering it has to remain on due to the hotel ice machine.
The overall vibe of the motel was fabulous! We enjoyed the decor. The staff were thorough and informative when checking in. The room was spacious and perfect for the 4 of us.

United States of AmericaThe bed and pillows were VERY uncomfortable. There was no coffee machine in the unit, and the lobby didn't open for coffee/breakfast until 9am. That is far too late to start serving breakfast! I wasn't able to take advantage of the free breakfast because of it.

United States of AmericaThe level of noise created by the adjacent busy freeway.
The services provided by the motel meet its description, mainly a 2-star lodging facility that provides continental breakfast and free parking. The motel is located just by the side of 101 freeway, very convenient but noisy.
