To start we didn’t have a shower curtain. We were locked out of our room while we were out. They closed out our stay early and the security guard admitted to locking up our room while we were out. They said it was because we were suppose to be in a different room. We were forced to change rooms at 1am.

Prices at the bar and cafe were very high. Having three kids and only being able to eat or drink things that came from the bar or cafe, can get really expensive.

Bathtub had a crack in it. Building looks rundown. Just little things made it look very cheap like the paint in the room.

Room was only cleaned twice during our two week stay. Bedding was changed once during two week stay after calling 4 times for this request. Constantly had to call for fresh towels and to get toilet paper as they were not put in room.

The entire week we were there, housekeeping never cleaned the room. We had to call multiple times to get towels. The rooms and lobby seemed to be redone recently but still a lot of little things seemed dated. Air conditioners worked but sounded like on their last legs. Including ours, multiple units were making noises and super loud.

Convienent locations. Amenities were decent. Staff was nice.

i like at most the location. resort was also good. swimming pool water was good. fitness was also good. i was a short time there, because i went to park.

We stayed for a week and the room was only cleaned once, I feel like it should be cleaned at least every other day. The air conditioning was very loud but had to leave it on whilst trying to sleep as the room would just get too hot if turned off. The bathrooms were a little dated, did not fit with the refurbishment of the bedroom.

The bedroom was lovely, recently refurbished and the beds were really comfy. There was a lot of storage space and a TV with multiple channels. The location of this hotel was perfect, loads of restaurants nearby and close to the parks.

The lack of cleanliness. There were no cleaning people around my room was not done up the next. The floors were dirty. There was still garbage inside the garbage cans from the previous booking.

The pool area by far. We stood at this hotel back in 2010 or so had just been remodeled. I believe it needs to be redone again.

I really wish they would renovate all the bathrooms. The room is so updated and the bathroom was very old looking. Also I feel like there should be staff handing out pool towels... families were hoarding them as soon as they came out.

As always love the room, property and location. We take a yearly trip and always stay here.

The onsite cafe is not good. Not enough choice, often cold or greasy. Fine as a last resort but I'm sure if offered better quality food options it would be a busier place

I did not like the bed. I must have hit/scrapped my shin at least 3x while moving around the room. One bed (closest to the door) had very sharp edges. The 2nd bed (closet to the bathroom) had round/smooth edges. I also did not like that guest staying there ignored the no smoking sign in the elevators. We had our 6 month old with us and when we 1st arrived, the elevator smelled like someone had a lit cigarette in there.

I liked the location. Our room had a pool side view. I liked the fact that the room had a mini fridge and microwave.

Room smelled moldy and the AC wasn't as cool, fridge and bathroom door was jammed could not get it opened. Bed is not that comfortable, music by the pool bar was very boring need to change it up. Get a touchtune system

Elevator on block 2 is extremely slow. Both ice machines in that block out of order during our 10 day stay. Room was only cleaned twice in 10 days, second time we had to ask for room to be cleaned.

We had issue with kids running around late at night kicking the doors. Not enough pool towels. Wish the pool area would stay open later than 11:00 on a Friday/Saturday night. Suggestion, the bar would make a ton of money if they did!
