The rooms were kind of dated. So either the room was super cold or to warm, real no in between. Parking was outrageous and I just parked on the street.

Great location, with good facilities, including a nice outdoor pool (which we used as the weather was unseasonally warm for most of our stay). Plenty of food outlets nearby and easy to walk or catch the street car to downtown New Orleans or other local destinations. Highly recommended

The only thing that I didn't like there were no housekeeping facilities in case of a continuous stay. So, if you plan for a longer time, you have to clean the room by yourself. In addition, the laundry service is free but lacks good instructions on how to use it and sometimes the washing machines and dryer are not clean enough.

I liked their room. It was well spacious and furnished with every necessary amenities. There was a big kitchen with microwave facilities. Honestly, that saved our lives. We could buy cheap food and vegetables and use the kitchenette and facilities to enjoy food of our taste. The pool was a great attraction (even though the size is small). Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming with cheers and greetings. The location was quite close to downtown and easily accessible by street car. I would be happy to book there again on my next visit. Strongly recommended!

My room was beautiful and had an awesome view of the courtyard but I didn’t like how small and cramped the restroom was. It was very tiny I could barely turn around without running into the door or bumping something. It was ridiculously small in the restaurant.

The staff was wonderful, the hotel overall looked beautiful and it was very clean and conveniently located closely to restaurants and had a trolley stop right out of the hotel doors.

The valet area outside the hotel when you first arrive is very limiting and check in felt a little chaotic. Need more hooks on the walls in the alcove area in the room. Need more luggage carts or put signs on them that say to promptly return carts to the lobby. No ventilation in the bathroom and if you open the bathroom window others can see in.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Valet was efficient. Public transportation to the French Quarters across the street.

The attempt to get us to join a time share for the wider Wyndham group was fine initially, as we received a gift incentive to attend a session for 1 hour 30 minutes, however, this session ended up wasting 3 hours of our day, when we had better things to do and the final 'hard sell' felt unnecessary and was unappreciated.

The room was perfect for two people on a 7 night stay. It had all the amenities needed as we tended to cook breakfast using the stove and toaster provided. It was spacious and fully stocked with towels, toilet roll, microwave, iron and ironing board. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the added bonus of a heated pool and hot tub were great touches. The location is perfectly located in the middle of St Charles with easy access to the local streetcar or bus which works out at around 20-30 minutes to the French Quarter.

No where to lounge in the suite. Table and chairs for kitchen unit wasn’t enough to relax before bed. Wing backed chairs for seating would’ve been nice .

The ease of getting on and off the green line cable car cannot be overstated. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Kitchenette was very helpful, being fully stocked with tools .

A couple of very little things but, certainly, nothing of significance.

Location is the significant plus! We are Deed Owners and have enjoyed the hotel over the last many years. While there have been some hiccups, for the most part, they have been satisfactorily resolved. The renovations to the hotel in 2023 are appreciated and welcomed! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful especially, the front desk folks and the valets.!

There was a weird sell for a timeshare pitch when we checked in. The lighting in the hallways are those harsh blue LEDs which don't fit the age of the hotel. Our floor had a loud, drunk group on one of the nights.

The location was excellent, right on a streetcar line and walkable to many bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Our room had recently been renovated and was very clean.
