Sometimes it got a bit noisy in the morning with sound leaking from above or outside due to the hotel being small.

The hotel had a great location with being close to Grand central, the staff were really friendly, rooms were clean & comfy and even includes a small breakfast every morning!

If there was anything negative it was the missing water pressure in the shower and a little holder for shower gel and shampoo was missing in the shower . The wash basin was very small but didn’t bother me and a full size mirror is missing and a bigger bin could be placed in the room. But that is me being picky and coming from the hotel industry. I would definitely stay again.

Very good and safe location. The room was very small but all I needed as a solo traveller and being out all day anyway. Stayed in room 306 and gosh it was so quiet during the night. Never had that in NY before. Not even in high rise hotels. The blinds were black out blinds so also a bonus for a good night sleep. Coffee, pastries and fruits in the lobby and water in the room are an added bonus. Overall it’s good value for money for NY. There are lots of restaurants and gyms around. Also a fabulous supermarket just around the corner open till late. Also it was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.

It was loud as it’s on 2nd but we were prepared for this. It’s NYC after all. Hotel provided ear plugs and sound machine. Room was super small But again, as advertised. What are you doing in your room in NYC anyways??

Overall, it was a very good experience. Very clean the guy that checked us in and the afternoon was very pleasant liked him a lot. The breakfast was very good. I wish they would put out some milk instead of almond milk.

The check-in at the kiosk was not working correctly and we had to contact someone via phone to get checked in. However, the person adequately clarified everything we needed to check in.

I liked how all the amenities for an overnight stay were there in the room. The Netflix programming was an added bonus. The room was compact but strategically appointed. The continental breakfast was a nice addition!

The noise at first from the outside extractor fans were a little irritating, but I got used to it and slept no problem. Facilities for tea and coffee all day would have been nice (not just morning).

Lovely modern interior design, although it was a compact space it had been designed so it really worked. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel definitely needs to work on room comfort. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom, which is very inconvenient, the air does not work in the bathroom, when washing the face all the water gets on the floor because the sink is small, the trash can is very small and there is one in the bathroom. The room has very thin full-length window and the bed is located close to the window, the feeling of sleeping outside. The mattress is very soft for me, but the bed linen is nice to the touch.

Overall, it was a nice to stay at Little Charlie, it was a good quality of perfume at the hotel and a nice atmosphere, the decoration of the rooms and interesting details made very well, like the bonus roof terrace of the hotel, coffee and pastries in the morning at the lobby.

Accommodation is always expensive in NY. Had it been slightly cheaper, I could have stayed longer.

Very friendly staff, hotel always warm, rooms very comfortable with big soft bed and bice shower. I liked the help-yourself coffee & pastries for breakfast.

The hotel's location was great! The rooms (for one) were small and the price was a bit steep, I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and would return for another visit.

Emphasizing this is just my personal opinion, I would not have been comfortable in the room(s) with another person. Perfect for 1, yes, but 2, that would have been pushing it for me. Some other very minor things (but not dealbreakers): ceiling lighting in the bathrooms is not great for applying makeup; and the queen room did not have a full length mirror, which was disappointing.

The property was clean, staff friendly and helpful, the complimentary lobby morning coffee and breads were great. I stayed in both a king room, then switched to a queen. Beds were comfortable w/ nice linens. Smart TVs. For just myself, both rooms were perfect. No issue with their small size. And all toiletries you need are provided (soap, lotion, shampoo, etc.). I'm not a light sleeper so the street noise, although I could hear it, did not bother me.

Located in the Midtown East Manhattan offers a great starting point for your NY exploration. Nice, warm although very small room, with friendly staff, very clean. For us it was all what we needed during our stay.

Not really the fault of the hotel, but some sort of riot took place in the middle of the night. Or maybe it was a warring couple with volume control issues.

The location, ease of checking in/ checking out and helpful nature of the staff were all good.

smaller than anticipated, the room advertised had a different layout do we were expecting something different.

the vibe & cleanliness 100% will have me come back! it’s not in a super hectic area, but also is not a far walk from the train & food. the tv, was utilized almost everyday, same with the under bed storage & safe. basically everything in the room we utilized, including the fabulous blow dryer. we even want the sheets, they felt so amazing! 🥰
