Hope they fix their ice machine as we needed ice when we left for small cooler, not many tv channels. But otherwise great and would stay again. nice place close to beach and very clean.

Room was cute and great location--close to beach (3 min walk--u can see the beach from motel. Very clean, bright room, and well maintained with nice chairs outside room to sit in, nice pool and area to sit, cute beachy type furniture. Staff was nice. Average size room, nicely decorated, nice bathroom, 5 min from boardwalk.

At the price, we didn't expect the Ritz. But if anything Aztec was better than we had right to expect given the price. Staff was pleasant, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the pool was well maintained.

My room was on the first floor and the room needed more privacy. Specifically, there were blinds on the room's main window, but it definitely needed a curtain as well..So much light spilled in the room at night that I found myself having trouble sleeping, which I never do. There needs to be dedicated parking for truck owners because the parking was stressfully tight.

The front desk staff was amiable and very pleasant. The bathroom and room were both spacious. It's close to an excellent diner, restaurant, bakery and a supermarket.

In general clean but a little more attention to details like in corners of bathroom. Would be a good idea.

The owner was awesome. Sheets and towels were very clean and fresh and fairly new seeming. Felt safe.

We were unable to turn the overhead light off to let just the ceiling fan on. I didn't like the way the shower curtain blew into me while showering, maybe a different, heavier curtain would prevent that. The sink to brush your teeth was very small. There is probably room to put a small vanity sink to give more room to sit things on the sink.

I really like the kitchenette and wasn't expecting to have that in our room. I would have come a little more prepared to use it had I known. I liked the location - one block from the beach is a great location!

Couldn't find tv remote...not enough towels...but gave me more upon request...no exhaust fan in bathroom...no blankets...parking can be a challenge...

The burners wasn't working but they did give a single burner to try to accommodate. The ice maker went out our 2nd day of our stay but we made due with adjacent hotel.

The check in manager was Very Helpful and very Nice, he was so Hospitable and Polite. The staff was very friendly. Location was very convenient. View was terrific! Parking was good. If you call the front desk for anything they are pretty expeditious with addressing your concerns, needs & wants. I look forward to going back to stay with them again.

In our room 216 the ceiling fan didn't work and was covered by dust.

Parking was nerve wracking. Its not something they can help though. Due to us getting the smallest room they had, there wasn't a coffee pot. Bathroom was in need of a towel rack.

We were visiting for a tournament and needed a clean place to shower, sleep, and regroup. The room was small and had all the essentials. Luckily, the location is near walkable restaurants so we were able to get dinner and breakfast in the morning before heading out.

The room was very cramped. The hotel is old and run down. The blinds were not adequate to block out lights outside the room at night.

A bit outdated ie: dresser drawers off track. Little touch up needed ie: paint in concern areas would go a long way, around windows and doors.

If i had to list anything about the place bad, i would have to say the exterior exit sign on the 3rd floor was upside down. But everything in our room was clean.
