Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Maybe location of bed in room. If anyone else had been in hallway, they would have seen me in bed. Should move to opposite wall.
Location, bed was very comfortable. Clean and decorated nicely. Room did not feel tired for an older Inn.

Be prepared for minimal outlets, small rooms, and some structural issues like slanting floors that come with older buildings.
It’s an older building but nicely renovated and with modern amenities and extremely clean. The staff is friendly and professional, and they have a really wonderful breakfast! I had to change my reservation multiple times and they were very communicative and accommodating. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

As stated above, the rooms(bathroom ) are quite small and it is a little noisy.
Rooms are quite small, but very clean and recently updated. The breakfast offered was above and beyond what we normally have for a free continental breakfast. The bed was perfect for me, my husband thought it was a little soft, but he slept well. The only complaint (which is common for a lot of places weve stayed) was the thin walls, you could here doors open and shut and people walking by.

It was a little noisy. I could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms at night.
The room was pleasant and the bed was comfy. the new upgrades in the room were nice. Breakfast was fantastic and I really appreciated that as I had to leave each morning I was there early.

Couldn't figure out the t.v., but that was my fault as I didn't ask for assistance. I felt the staff would have been happy to help. The only other minor complaint is that the bathroom outlet is in an inconvenient spot. But I still loved the room.

Walls were paper thin, could hear snoring in room next to us. Bed was a little firm too but otherwise nothing horrible.
Cute motel, perfect for a quick stop while on a road trip. Shower pressure was great and had just the right amenities. Had a designated area for dog’s to use the bathroom.

The bathroom had no place to lay grooming articles, etc, while using them.

Bathroom is "efficient" at best as sink is tiny with no room to put anything on sides. Never seen such a tiny sink except in an RV. Bathroom should have a sliding pocket door or a "barn door" as standard door takes up too much room. Beautiful shower with good water pressure.
Bed was very comfortable, room easy to access and very clean.

My only small complaint would be the coffee. I depend on it and I’m not too picky but it’s the only thing I would change about the experience. The room coffee and breakfast coffee is really weak, even double bagging the room coffee didn’t help.
The location is perfect right downtown , friendliest hotel staff I’ve ever experienced, clean room, great breakfast. We stay in Baker City a lot and this will be our new go-to hotel from now on.

The smoking station was too close. Smelled every time i went to or from my room.
The remodel works great so nice to have the entry door to rooms in a hallway instead of the parking area. Felt safer and cozy. Shower is fancier than ant motel I’ve stayed at previously. Terrific breakfast Thoughtful quiet dog yard for my pup . Friendly staff.
