The restaurant apart of hotel is Indian food (so no variety), although subway is next to that restaurant (there is other eating place across road & close by). Pillows were uncomfortable, they are due for either new ones or to change the type they are. This is just a personal preference but I like being able to look out window in morning to see what weather is like, having a room with window facing into hotel is not my thing after staying in it. Emergency alarm went off at nearly midnight 2 nights in a row, didn't need to in evacuate in the end and not sure if this is a common thing (not good for anyone having to get up early).

There was no daily maid service. I had to get fresh towels myself at the front desk every day and request a maid service one of the days because our towels and trash piled up.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough away to not have to deal with the partiers

It would have been nice to have a complimentary coffee or cold water in the lobby area. My husband is an early riser and would come down to the lobby to read his book in the early am and have to go in search of coffee, so as not to disturb me.

The room \ bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have a dresser to unpack our clothes into, instead of living out of a suitcase for a week. Other than that it was great.

The closed in part of the room, it made me feel like a vampire no windows for the Sun to come in, the comfort blanket looked like it had urine on it..and there were no other blankets..it was just a bad experience for the most part...

The location was great, my wife and I didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant downstairs...but the location was nice...

No one QC'd this room. There was no shower curtain & no one to provide one that evening. There was no overhead light bulb for one of the sides which was needed for lighting & to not distrub the other person. The air vent in the bathroom was super filthy. And the Mgr Jamise Cross, definitely does not treat all guest fair and the same. She was overheard providing a retired Military guest the discounted rate for their Military association.. The Retired guest asked and then explained "Military association" is/was not an option offered to request during registration. She then stated,.she would grant the military discount this one time. I also explained I was retired Military & the system does not & did not give me the option to reference my Military association. And she told me no. I asked a 2nd person that I saw later and she stated only the Mgr could provide the discount. I asked for her name to allow upper Mgmt to know she definitely does not treat all customers the same. This was my 2nd time staying at your location. The price is fair & the location is great. But Next year, I'll look for another location.

Cleaning staff does not clean the room everyday, only upon request, We got towels daily upon request.

Jamise the staff, provided the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She is what made our stay wonderful. Very informative and knowledgeable of the city, restaurants, parades, means of transportation all the city, and to top it off a great smile.

Towel exchanges required you to go to the front desk. Parking was a bit expensive. It should be the same as street parking or cheaper for guests.

The location to Bourbon and Canal Streets were good. The rooms were clean. Multiple food choices are nearby and in walking distance to a lot of things.

There was no coffee or anything downstairs anymore. There was always people right outside the front doors smoking pot. The smell perforated my car unloading and loading our luggage
