The temperature outside was in the twenties and there was no hot water in the shower. The people in the next room were so loud I had to call the front office 2 times. On top of that on my last day the movers start moving furniture at 7:00 o’clock in the morning

The fridge was too too small. The microwave was out in the hall and wasn't cleaned. There was no plug for the bathtub. The bed was old. It had springs in the mattress, and it was hard on my back. My main complaint is that they shut down amenities of the hotel even though there were guest still in rooms, and we were never aware that there would be remodeling going on after the new year holiday. The housekeeping staff was lax. We only had one washcloth, and when I asked for another, he said they couldn't get more because the laundry wasn't done, and this was at check-in just before 7:00 p.m.. rooms were left uncleaned, and none of them checked to clean the microwave. Even after I left it open when the staff was present. Most of the staff we encountered never said hi or anything except one lady who had blonde hair. I wish I had gotten her name.

The shades in the room were in a track, which helped the room to be dark. There wasn't any light coming in. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. We were close to the elevator. The location of the property was good for us. It's out of the way of all the traffic but still close to a grocery store and restaurants. They were taking out all the beds when we were checking out. I hope they are getting all new ones.

The chair in the room was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

The room was great. However, it would have been nice if a recliner had been in the room. I have a bad knee and cannot sleep in a bed. I tried to sleep in the chair but was very uncomfortable.

Sheet didn’t get changed. Found dirty sheets upon checking in. Only two pillows per bed. Carpet looks old. Location is not convenient

The beds were far from cloudlike, I'm not sure what kind of clouds these other people have been sleeping on, they're definitely your standard hard/cheap hotel mattress. The breakfast area gets really crowded but I'm not sure how they can fix that with the space they have.

Breakfast was wonderful, ice cream at night was a highlight for kiddo, staff was friendly and helpful, less then 10 minutes from all the attractions, and the pool/hot tub were nice for relaxing. Our room was clean but the carpet and chairs were worn/stained (to be expected for the price really)

Could have been a better price since they were doing remodeling that we had to deal with workers at that time being everywhere. The hot tub in with the swimming pool area smelled like dirty clothes that has sat in the washer for awhile. They need a new waffle maker for breakfast as that one sticks really bad and looks old and burnt.

We liked it was easy that our room was on lower level and close to the exit door and it was nice. The breakfast was decent and they had a late night snack time which was cool. And it was in a decent spot for what we needed to do while there!!

Facility was being remodeled mainly on the exterior, the interior was nice and they had 24hr coffee, cocoa, lemonade and water. The evening dessert bar was delicious and all of the staff were very friendly.

we called the day before for early check-in for 3 rooms and was told that it wouldn't be a problem. When we got there one of the rooms wasn't ready which is odd seeing as the not so friendly or accommodating front desk clerk had just checked in a couple of rooms before us and gave them both rooms early.

Breakfast! My sister was trying to make a waffle and the machine was very rusted and had burnt pieces stuck to the machine so it cooked uneven. But everything else was good!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and cold which made my sister and I happy; we love the cold temps! Check in was fairly quick and easy as well as checking out. It was a nice stay.

The shower had very little hot water. We showered at various times of day/night throughout our stay and the water was lukewarm at best. At times it would even blast cold for a couple seconds.

The rooms were clean and the location was fairly close to everything we wanted to visit.

Water was literally cold never got hot, I was colder in the shower then out of it. The box spring covers had marks all over them. Also I didn't really like the "courtesy call" to see where we were before 10pm. Seemed very much so like they needed our room that was paid for already. We have stay there 2 other times arriving at 11pm or later and never received a call before.

Breakfast was good and we like the location off the strip. Staff is friendly.

Plumbing was stopped up in the room but mgmt. took time to relocate us and offered a discount for the inconvenience.

This was our third or fourth stay amd we look forward to returning in the future.

The building is a little hard to find, but it was worth it (we felt safer not being right on the strip). The first floor coffee area could have been cleaner, and maybe a more prominent sign indicating that the dining area is on the third floor (they had one, but it’s not very noticeable. The signs in the elevator don’t help if your room is on the first floor). But overall, it was a good place to stay and we’d choose it again.

We checked in about 7:30 p.m.; the front desk clerk (Lacey) was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained; we were comfortable. But next morning’s breakfast—that was exceptional compared to most hotels(they should give the cook a raise)!
