Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThere Alot of spider webs on the belconey. The pool needs a lot of repairs, so does the outside of the building in spots. We weren't happy with the Tap restaurant this time. We missed the black diamond grill on the second floor. We hope improvements are done.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is the main reason we repeatedly have stayed there. We also used to like getting breakfast at the Black diamond grill on the second floor. The tap restaurant seems to change every time we go there.

United Statesminor problem: the door to the balcony would not close shut and let cold air in all night, the heat was either not working or working too well which didn’t allow for good control of temperature.
always love the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. super convenient location, great amenities and wonderful bar restaurant. I must note that the bar manager is fantastic! (I hear she has an amazing singer voice and cannot wait to go back to hear her perform).

United StatesI have stayed here twice before. The bar closed at 9pm on a Saturday night when the hotel was full? And when asked about check out and holding bags or late check out the staff was less than accommodating. The room while spacious was dated. The hotel has so much potential but falls a little short of great.
The location is perfect for a ski vacation. The room was spacious.

United StatesI’ve stayed at Grand Summit’s before - Killington and Okemo. This one was a bit run down. Bummer that the restaurant wasn’t open ( Monday and Tuesday), the breakfast place was out of yogurt. Cleaning people sprayed disinfectant and vacuumed right next to me having breakfast.
Location was good. Shuttle was fantastic!

United StatesTake a look at room before we check in. Last year stove didnt work, toaster was broke and this year the cupboard door was hanging and almost fell on my grand daughter. Dont get me wrong the room was great both times I just feel that a better walk through to ensure there is no safety issues. We do love it there and will be back
The pool and hot tubs and sauna. Easy to ski

United StatesWe booked a standard room which was ok but just a bed and no chairs to sit in. The room was a good size with a rather small tv. The food was expensive. In the morning, we went down to get a coffee $10 for 2 coffees that were on par with Cumberland farms gas station coffee. It's a nice place but pricey.
The location is perfect! Very close to all the shopping and restaurants in North Conway. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were awesome!

United StatesOur only disappointment was the breakfast arrangement. Restaurant was not open to order from a full breakfast menu. We had to drive miles away to Conway. The only option at the hotel was limited takeout from the hotel store.
Very impressive hotel. Well-maintained. Rooms spacious & very clean. Restaurant & bar right off the hotel lobby was welcoming & had a very nice menu. The hotel staff that we encountered were all extremely friendly and helpful. Outstanding staff from the front desk to the bartender to the restaurant hostess, etc.

United StatesThe sound proofing between the rooms was not very good, and we could hear people talking (not yelling) in the next room and above us, as well as footsteps above us. The Murphy bed system frame is attached to the wall, and it seemed like ours was mounted on the wall directly behind the similar set-up next door. With the frame providing some sound capture, the ordinary talking voices of the neighbors could be heard chatting away as we tried to go to sleep (but not so loud and clear as to make out the words, just enough to be annoying). It did make us aware that our own talking might be a cross-annoyance to them, so we were talking in whispers when we needed to say something.
The hotel itself was surprisingly "posh" for a fairly remote location, but consistent with the fact that their main focus seems to be on winter skiing (the approach to the hotel is specifically set up for delivery and drop-off of skiers going to the adjacent ski slopes). The room was spacious and well maintained and could be used as a "living room" environment when the Murphy bed is up and out of the way, so it could be a congregating space for a family group to get together and use the mini-kitchen to support snacks and drinks, etc.
