I think it was overpriced for not offering a breakfast but we'd probably stay there again anyway.

This is an older hotel that has been lovingly restored and landscaped. It is situated across from the water so has a semi view from each room and was quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, and little thoughtful gestures were provided like extra towels, pillows, etc. The internet service was great.

The property is very nice as it sits above the road with some water views. However, the rumble of motorcycles is heard throughout the day into the evening. It's not horrible, just an audible note of the famous rep of biker friendly area.

The location is terrific as it is very close to Weirs Beach. Also, a short ride to the Bank of NH Pavillion for a concert. Highly recommend scheduling a ride with "Craigs taxi." The rooms are pretty soundproof from each other 👍. I liked watching hummingbirds visit the beautiful flowers. The pool was refreshing, and we appreciated the details in place that made our stay more comfortable.

The bathroom was very small. The traffic was a little noisy.

Cleanliness is my top priority when booking a hotel. We found our room very clean. We usually stay with the Hilton chain, so I was a little hesitant to stay at this motel. All the reviews said the rooms were clean, and they were correct!

The flowers and vegetation around the hotel are so beautiful that it really makes an old hotel feel alive and new. The maintenance of this place is excellent, even though there are many smokers staying there. The crowd is generally senior, so it's quiet most of the time.

The only negative (and this is not the owners fault) is the area is very commercial and over-built. The view was a bit obstructed, but the great motel made up for that short-coming.

The room was terrific and nicely updated and decorated. The owner and the son have thought of everything you would need, inside and out. Beautiful pool, nice outdoor seating to look over at Paugus Bay. The flowers and gardening were exceptional and made the location beautiful. The owner talked with us a long while and he was very friendly, hospitable and informative.

This place is a hidden gem. This is NOT your typical motel !!. From the moment you pull into the parking lot, you have transferred to a tropical oasis. The grounds are stunning with all the variety of flowers, from common to what look like tropical flowers. They have 2 chairs and a table outside your room so you can enjoy your view and decompress. Coffee every morning right outside the office, they have a nice pool and hot tub, both well maintained. Near the pool they have an ice machine and soda machine. You are nano minutes from weirs beach and all the attractions. About 15/20 minutes to tangers outlet with tons of restaurants along the way. I can't say enough about this place. I will definitely be back for sure.

Room and exterior are very well maintained, you can tell the TLC that has been put into this Motel. I would definitely book another stay. Quite area and the Lake is walking distance. Nice ice cream shop by the Lake just a few minutes of walking.

The parking lot didn’t have assigned spot for the rooms. Our room was on one end and we always had to park furthest from it.

The motel was clean and very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again! We really liked it. The hot tub was small but clean and relaxing. We loved the grills and picnic tables for guests to use. The gazebo was adorable and beautiful!!
