Complete scam. We booked an oceanfront view and they gave us a room on the side where you can nearly see the ocean. Not sure if this is a booking.coms fault or theirs. We are just so upset.

A minor situation is the unloading area at the front of the hotel, which is very busy and unsupervised. When we pulled in, other vehicles in that area were parked oddly. Causing us to just fit where we could and also avoid the people loading/unloading. When coming back down we received a few calls about our vehicle. I believe if there was a designated employee to help direct the traffic, would be helpful!

When we first arrived at the front desk the employee, Shamoya, was very pleasant and extremely helpful!Although there were multiple people checking in, at the same time, she was still very attentive and efficient. I’m thankful her for all her help!

Room is a lot smaller than pictures perceive,pool was always over crowded couldn’t enjoy a leisure swim without being splashed or having to wait for the pool to lighten up, beds extremely uncomfortable and have severe dips in them.Upon arrival requested safe be fixed to put personal belongings and it was never fixed

Funky first floor with large swimming pool area, elevator lobby and registration lobby all connected in a noisy, people-congested jumble. Our “ocean view” room actually faced another hotel and we could see the ocean out the side of the tiny balcony. That would have been acceptable if that had been explained before booking the room. The checkout process was a small nightmare. There was no traffic control in the front semi circle drive where you load and unload your car. There was a mad rush at checkout time (understandable) and People would just park their car and leave it while they went back to their room to get their bags. So cars couldn’t pull forward. Created quite a backup for a while.

The room was tiny and filthy. It was half a room. The AC didn’t work, there was no shower curtain, the sliding door didn’t work properly, one of the beds was completely crushed on one side and needs replaced. The elevators were slow when they actually worked. The key card wouldn’t let me in the parking garage right after checking out. Overall terrible experience, disgusting hotel.

Hotel had no Hot water to shower with that night and to keep checking. Drove far to mot have a shower at the beach. Had to report Refrigerator was leaking. maintenance could not stop the leak. He used towels to hold leak until could be fixed. Toilet nited leaking as well. Front desk stated a plumbing problem all night and would return portion of money to booking and booking would compensate me. No shower could have been better!! Thanks again.

they lied about my room type and location. the bed was a Queen suite and was suppose to be a king suite. we had some drilling type sound going continuously allllllllll night which led to no sleep. no plastic cups nor ice chest/bucket. no overhead light working in the living room only lamps. just a EPIC FAIL!!
