The breakfast was good the Texas waffle iron was iconic. The bathroom was clean, thank god because I needed to give my baby a bath. And I felt let comfortable enough to use the bathtub for that so that’s good.

United StatesI was traveling with my wife and her service dog. Staff was very strict regarding adherence to service dog policy. I was taking the dog outside to pee/poop, but was told by staff that my wife had to take the dog out or we would be charged $300, as the service dog has to be with it's owner all the time. My wife has asthma and moves slowly, so I help with the service dog necessities. I understand the policies, but this is excessive. I booked this room through Bookings.com and thought this was a pet friendly hotel. This is definitely not a pet friendly hotel. The staff was friendly, but the adherence to these policies seems extreme.

United StatesIt was fine, but I might suggest the breakfast being the same schedule as the weekend. It was my decision to sleep in a little bit rather than eat breakfast as I was exhausted. The refrigerator was a nice perk but had a high-pitched hum. The only real problem I encountered was that the bathtub/shower water handle was very difficult to turn. I almost gave up the thought of a shower out of fear I might break the handle. The safety handle was also in need of repair.
The staff was very pleasant and the room was quite clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable.

United StatesThe only small thing was that the fan in the bathroom could not be turned off. Ran the whole time. Not a big deal, but wish it would have had a way to turn it off. Again, NOT a big deal. Overall, I would say I had to really work to find "a" thing that wasn't great!
What was NOT to like. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Once we were settled into the room, they gave a curtesy call to ensure everything was as we expected. Ruby did a GREAT job cleaning the room. Nice touch to have a card stating who did the work. Couldn't ask for a cleaner room! We accidentally left two very nice pillows, and they called to let us know we had left them and that they would keep them behind the counter for us to pick up on our way back through. Anytime we went to the front desk to ask a question, we were greeted with a smile and friendly attitude!
