Just about everything, place was fithy. toilet didn't flush, tv didn't work, 2 out of the 3 lights in the room didn't work and went down at 8:00am for free breakfast and there was nothing, everything gone accept the coffee

I was upset to see a lot of damage to the walls. I was pissed to find out that i only had hot water in the sink when i needed it more in my shower.

A lot of bums hanging around, one of them ask me a series of questions that I felt like could’ve lead up to possible robbery, the guy kept asking if I was alone and if I saw a guy hanging out by my room. Of course I brush him off and shooed him away but it was still pretty weird….

Lights in room didn't work, I had to clean the bathroom it was not worth it. Shower curtain was dirty I had to ask for a new one.

The desk staff wasn’t helpful was very rude the first room didn’t have a microwave for us to heat our food tv didn’t have a remote there was dirty diapers under the table second room the tv didn’t work at all there was a big water bubble in the tub which my daughter fell while trying to shower there was old food on the side of the nightstand and dresser I had my 1 year old who thank god didn’t find it both rooms was rooms need some tlc

First, let me say that it was the cheapest we found last minute but I am familiar with this area and 10 years ago this area was prime, boy times have changed. I don't understand why these franchise hotels are okay with renting rooms with holes in the wall, literally. Not only that but the outside was unsavory, with people sitting in cars, walking around, and not your typical folks just taking a stroll, like it looked like a halfway house or a shelter. My husband and I had to go out to get food, when we came back, we drove around the parking lot and there were unlit areas that made us feel unsafe so we ate our food and packed up, and booked another location. Let me say that you get what you pay for and if you find a hotel for $60 bucks, either it is not somewhere you should stay or they are running a special, take the time to go look at the location and the room first. We usually do but we were tired and it was last minute and didn't see the hole in the wall until we returned with our food. Just pay attention to everything before paying because this location really needs some work.

The price, only was the highpoint for me because it was a last minute reservation.

The entry way and hallways reeked of smoke. The room was dirty, carpet never cleaned and was sticky on top of visible dirt and stains. Ceiling had stains too.. Dead spiders stuck to the wall and under blankets in bed. AC did not work well. No soap in the bathroom, not even a bar to wash hands. Towels where clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave me info efficiently and made me feel welcome.

There was a lot of homeless people walking around. Some man looked like he was on drugs in the building, passed out by his door, young kids hanging around, smoking the rug smelled the hallway, smelled the whole hotel, smelled like smoke. The elevator felt like it was going to break the ice machines were not working.

Sofa bed was unusable, floors were dirty, trash overflowing and in the floor in halls, breakfast was gone within the first hour.

it’s was dirty!!!! you had to go buy bleach,Ajax,disinfectant spray. I pulled the dressers,bed and stand for the tv back and it had all kinds of trash behind it. No phone or hair dryer in the room. And the Microwave was extremely dirty I couldn’t even clean it .

The location being surrounded by many restaurants and stores.The front staff wasn’t bad either. They were nice just need to care about the building better.

Much deferred maintenance. Poor breakfast. Toast, no butter or jam, cheap sugary. Cereal. Was not as clean as I would prefer. Towel bar fell off. Tub stopper not working. Bathtub patched with tape. Significant highway noise on rear third floor and parking lights shine into room. One light flickering, woke thinking it a storm. Key card was renewed daily dispute week long reservation. Still waiting on deposit return!

Great location. Good price. Close to shopping. Easy access to highway.
