We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFirst, let me say that it was the cheapest we found last minute but I am familiar with this area and 10 years ago this area was prime, boy times have changed. I don't understand why these franchise hotels are okay with renting rooms with holes in the wall, literally. Not only that but the outside was unsavory, with people sitting in cars, walking around, and not your typical folks just taking a stroll, like it looked like a halfway house or a shelter. My husband and I had to go out to get food, when we came back, we drove around the parking lot and there were unlit areas that made us feel unsafe so we ate our food and packed up, and booked another location. Let me say that you get what you pay for and if you find a hotel for $60 bucks, either it is not somewhere you should stay or they are running a special, take the time to go look at the location and the room first. We usually do but we were tired and it was last minute and didn't see the hole in the wall until we returned with our food. Just pay attention to everything before paying because this location really needs some work.
The price, only was the highpoint for me because it was a last minute reservation.

United StatesThe entry way and hallways reeked of smoke. The room was dirty, carpet never cleaned and was sticky on top of visible dirt and stains. Ceiling had stains too.. Dead spiders stuck to the wall and under blankets in bed. AC did not work well. No soap in the bathroom, not even a bar to wash hands. Towels where clean.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave me info efficiently and made me feel welcome.

Some man looked like he was on drugs in the building, passed out by his door, young kids hanging around, smoking the rug smelled the hallway, smelled the whole hotel, smelled like smoke. The elevator felt like it was going to break the ice machines were not working.

United Statesit’s was dirty!!!! you had to go buy bleach,Ajax,disinfectant spray. I pulled the dressers,bed and stand for the tv back and it had all kinds of trash behind it. No phone or hair dryer in the room. And the Microwave was extremely dirty I couldn’t even clean it .
The location being surrounded by many restaurants and stores.The front staff wasn’t bad either. They were nice just need to care about the building better.

Bathtub patched with tape. Significant highway noise on rear third floor and parking lights shine into room. One light flickering, woke thinking it a storm. Key card was renewed daily dispute week long reservation. Still waiting on deposit return!
