We chose a place with a pool for the kids, but the water was unbearably cold, raising concerns about the chemical balance. The hot tub was pleasant; however, it was overcrowded with children due to the pool's low temperature. The staff member who checked us in appeared to be frustrated and disorganized, reacting somewhat defensively when I inquired about the paperwork for one of the rooms, which she had neglected to give me, attributing the oversight to her predecessor.

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, and the morning staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is conveniently close to the Landing and downtown area..

The lighting in the parking lot was unacceptable. Two ladies, arriving late from the shows in the evenings, with no security guard visible, made us feel very unsafe walking from our car to the building. Saturday evening a man was walking around, in this poorly lit parking lot, looking in cars, while smoking pot upon our arrival. We decided to leave and return later. It was difficult maneuvering the angle while pulling in and out of the hotel. We felt isolated from the strip and did not feel we could be out walking on the strip as we did previously while staying at other hotels located in the center.of the activity. Our beds were not made by housekeeping. I thought that was a given. Management left a note asking us to reuse the same towels but if we wanted new towels to leave the used ones in the floor.

The front desk employees were friendly and the room was clean upon arrival.

Hair in jacuzzi that did not work. Staff at front could be nicer if computer system was down and could not check us in on time. Hot tub was to small for a hotel that size.

I got a cheaper rate on Booking instead of the Wyndham app. in my mind the company that owns a property should be able to beat any other competitor. Membership should give the best rate.

The tub in our room had extensive rust marks. At first, I thought it was dirt. Very unsightly and didn't look clean or healthy to use.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I thought I had read that it was only coffee, juice & pastries but the scrambled eggs, biscuits and oatmeal were a welcome treat! The gentleman who was working in the "Breakfast Room" was a blast!! Had everyone laughing. Enjoyed the indoor pool & hot tub!!

The bathroom needs updating. Could use seating in room. It was limited parking when we were there, because of work trucks parking cross ways of the parking area.

There’s not much to complain about. There was a limited selection for breakfast the first morning, but more the second morning. The hot tub jets didn’t work, it was a little too hot, and the water looked dirty. The edge was also curved which made it uncomfortable to lean back. Turning into/out of the parking lot was difficult due to traffic and parking wasn’t great. Overall, our stay was good and none of these inconveniences would make us not stay again!

This was a nice hotel to stay at for a few nights. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big, and it was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. It was close to the landing and everything was in near proximity for driving.

Coffee pot in the room was not the greatest. I had coffee all over the desk. Breakfast was ok. I hoped for a little more variety.

Service was good. Very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and the little gym they had.
