You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThey were remodeling and everywhere was dirty and unkempt except the actual hotel room. They required a $100 cash deposit which I was not aware of and was not on the Booking.com site.
The actual room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

United States of AmericaCheck-in was supposed to be at 4:00pm. We arrived around 4:20 p.m., and the room wasn't ready. Staff said they were busy the night before and were short staffed. The hotel appeared to be very old and going through a remodel during our stay.
There really wasn't anything that we really liked.

United States of AmericaUpon arrival after check in time we had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was outdated, had a stale smell, and AC unit was not getting cool. White linens on the bed looked yellow stained. Carpet was very old and crunchy. The location was sketchy. People were walking in the street, drinking, yelling, fighting, and as I pulled back into the parking lot a stranger from the street walked upto my car window asking if he could buy a cigarette. Guests were loitering in the parking lot drinking alcohol and being loud after midnight. I would advise to be sure you lock your car doors even while you are in it. The room door was not very secure and the extra locks weren’t functioning properly. The free breakfast was a waffle only, nothing else was bought out. I am not making complaints, as the hotel was only used to crash for one night after a concert before going back home long distance. If I had booked it for more than one night I would have been like other guests and asked for a refund and found another place to sleep. The staff were nice but had no problem discussing their personal life loudly while we were waiting in the lobby for our room to be ready.

We got breakfasts elsewhere. The toilet was wobbly and the tub didn’t look clean. The only good thing was the staff member Samaria Holmes who checked me in, she was very helpful. She deserves a raise
