Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They were remodeling and everywhere was dirty and unkempt except the actual hotel room. They required a $100 cash deposit which I was not aware of and was not on the Booking.com site.
The actual room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

Check-in was supposed to be at 4:00pm. We arrived around 4:20 p.m., and the room wasn't ready. Staff said they were busy the night before and were short staffed. The hotel appeared to be very old and going through a remodel during our stay.
There really wasn't anything that we really liked.

They are in process of renovating the hotel. A heads up with the option to cancel would have been nice. The mini fridge didn’t work. 1 lamp in the room. Stains in tub. TV looked like it was going to fall at any moment. Worst towels ever. Not a good stay.

Toilet was horrible running all night long didn't flush bathroom sink was not running right. But management was was very good. The rooms were liveable but not enough to be comfortable. Smelled the refrigerator was smelly. The microwave didn't really work.

The toilet didn't work. The sink was clogged up. Tv didn't work. Couldn't use the bathroom unless we stood up. Very uncomfortable for kids

Upon arrival after check in time we had to wait for a room to be cleaned. The room was outdated, had a stale smell, and AC unit was not getting cool. White linens on the bed looked yellow stained. Carpet was very old and crunchy. The location was sketchy. People were walking in the street, drinking, yelling, fighting, and as I pulled back into the parking lot a stranger from the street walked upto my car window asking if he could buy a cigarette. Guests were loitering in the parking lot drinking alcohol and being loud after midnight. I would advise to be sure you lock your car doors even while you are in it. The room door was not very secure and the extra locks weren’t functioning properly. The free breakfast was a waffle only, nothing else was bought out. I am not making complaints, as the hotel was only used to crash for one night after a concert before going back home long distance. If I had booked it for more than one night I would have been like other guests and asked for a refund and found another place to sleep. The staff were nice but had no problem discussing their personal life loudly while we were waiting in the lobby for our room to be ready.

The smell of the room . The furniture smelled moldy, having to turn in towels in order to get towels . The breakfast was horrible. Pastries were dry and old. The cereal containers look like they haven't been cleaned in ages

Everything the rooms stacked really bad The bed was too small. It was not worth my money

This property is old, smelly.. I was told they are going to be renovating it soon. The continental breakfast was just waffles and coffee, nothing else. We got breakfasts elsewhere. The toilet was wobbly and the tub didn’t look clean. The only good thing was the staff member Samaria Holmes who checked me in, she was very helpful. She deserves a raise
