Housekeeping was a little lacking. No fresh linens for the next day of our stay. The stairs might need some work for going up to the second floor. There was a screw loose when going up the first set of steps and a weak spot on the landing on the second floor.

Everything was pretty good, the, pool was clean and everything worked well. When we had issues with the TV, a staff member was very helpful and kind in fixing it quickly.

We thought the beds were terribly uncomfortable. the mattress was very hard, so we didn't really sleep at all.

The location was a neat little motel with cabins just out of the main hustle and bustle. It was quiet, with a canal that had seating nearby , BBQ opportunities, and picnic tables. I believe I also saw sand volleyball courts. The staff was friendly, the room was a bit small, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway, and it fit our needs well. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The rooms were nice but the mini fridge had broken shelves and was getting slightly rusty on the bottom, as well as the faucet in the bathroom. Other than that the rooms were great!

This place was great! I loved the location near the inlet and only 5 minutes from Ocean City! After a day of navigating the boardwalk, there is nothing better than going back to your hotel, lighting a fire in the pit and relaxing near the inlet. Perfect!

Towels are on the thin side. No fruit choices at breakfast. But the rate was fantastic for a weekend in late June.

The location was like a refuge. Motel room was clean but cozy. Liked the fridge, it sure helped in the summer heat. People are so friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was limited but good: coffee, apple juice, cereals, yogurt, instant oatmeal and pre-packaged egg sausage croissant sandwiches with cheese and a microwave. The breakfast room was delightful: bright and cheery. Some games there for a rainy day. Creek view is so nice, Can crab if you like and watch jellyfish swimming. Chairs on the dock, picnic tables in the lawn under the trees.

I booked 3 rooms for my Mom's 60th bday this past weekend and asked ahead of time if she could be on the botton floor because she's disabled. Tell me why I get there, and they put her all the way down at the end in a room by her house away from her family ON THE TOP FLOOR room 215. Meanwhile, we have rooms 102, 205. It made me really upset. They said they couldn't put us next to each other, and then I asked to make sure they put her on the bottom floor, and yall said yes. Apparently, the guy at the front desk said they were all sold out. I booked these rooms months ago 🤷‍♀️

It was a little further away than we expected, and harder to get to the actual boardwalk, and the room had a couple issues like a leaking tub, and the exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom

The toilet rocked back and forth if someone was walking around in the room. The floor outside of bathroom also felt spongy like it may have had a leak and soaked up water before.
