Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Noise all hours of the night! Disrespectful neighbors. Couldn’t sleep good cuz of the loud neighbors. Wasn’t to bad during the day but at night it was so loud right outside our door.

The carpets, the look of the appliances, the mattresses(very uncomfortable on one bed it felt lop sided)had to add pillows to one side in order to sleep evenly lol it was what it was tho, the box spring(squeaking like crazy) the covers and the paint chipping on the ceiling were the only complaints I had.
It was close to the beach, attraction’s, and stores I wanted to visit! That was a huge plus! I liked that the rooms were spacious with two bathrooms. The air conditioning was perfect for the hot weather it got to freezing at one point also. Clean but can be cleaner.

The other guests were partying into the night and really loud. The shower head had no pressure and the beds were not ver comfortable.
The hotel is close to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants! The pool was awesome for the kids and the staff was very helpful to get me extra towels and blankets.

The location is excellent! The staff was super friendly and very helpful and attentive. The pool was perfect! It seems that they have attempted to upgrade/modernize some things in the rooms, however the the things people tend to look for being present/clean/available fell short, such as a stocked kitchenette, i.e utensils, toaster/coffee pot (pictured, however not in the room itself), ice machine etc. The couch was stained and the stove/refrigerator could be a bit more clean. We did see two roaches, we understand that it is the busy season and other tenants could very well have brought them in. The A/C seemed to be struggling a bit, we know that can be typical due to intense heat and humidity as well. The provided a box fan which was nice and did help keep the room cool. All in all it was a pleasant stay! Keep up the improvements and upgrades, we'd love to see them and return even more satisfied next vaca!

Internet that worked.and a ice machine.and flat pillows that was very. Very uncomfortable!!
Was no breakfast.internet would not work so my son could play his game..no ice machine at the motel.no drink machines.and was told after the first night .the second not could get a downstairs room.cause my wife had a hard time climbing stairs.because of a knee injury.and was not accomdated the next day.when rooms where clearly empty the next day on a Sunday.....
