The building was old and had a very weird smell. I often felt "stuffy" when I was there. It located above a very run-down and vacant "mall." That was weird and didn't feel very safe. The place was very noisy - no soundproofing at all! It was a weird mix of tenants and vacationers. Also, it is a condo. You are basically renting someone's apartment, so don't count on anything being provided. There was toilet paper, but I had to get my own after I ran out. Also, there was no coffee maker, or really anything useful, in the 'kitchenette.' The pool was ok. Overall, it just had a very old, run down feel to it. Glad I was there for work and didn't spend much time in the room. Wifi/TV was also spotty

It was very easy to check in. The parking was a little unclear, but the attendants at the parking garage helped me out. It is a little weird though because it's both hotel/residence, so it could be a bit confusing. I was thankful for the instructions they emailed me ahead of my stay. The location was great. It was at the southern end of the Broadwalk, so very easy access to food/shopping, without being in the middle of the craziness.

I was not happy that the pool closed at 6pm when the sun went down at 8pm. Being able to enjoy the pool is very important as I wanted to just relax. The wifi never worked in my room and when I asked the girl in the front desk I was told that it’s not her problem.

The only thing I really like was the convenience from my room to the beach and all the local restaurants around the area.

I suggest to have an umbrella and chairs for the guest to use them.

The location is phenomenal. You can get everything by walking distance. Early in the morning the beach is quite and the water is smooth. Excellent place to relax and meditate. The condo is quite. I had a great time there. The room (kitchen) has everything (utensils) you need. The beds are comfortable. I definitely want to come back.

Well first, I was unaware, even after an email conversation with the person that rented this place out that it was HIS apartment. I was not aware that I had to bring everything including extra toilet paper and more than the 2 towels and 2 washcloths provided. The ceiling leaked in the bathroom to the point, I had to change hotels due to safety reasons as I almost fell twice due to water on the bathroom floor.. The towels provided ended up on the floor to soak up the water. The ac was so loud that it kept me up or woke me up when it turned on. The tv was stuck on a creepy mystery channel and I had to unplug it to turn it off. The pool closed at 6 and required a towel to swim. The view was of a roof and then the ocean. I had to clean the entire place because there was this weird film on all the counters, the dishes were filthy, and the cupboards had black around the handles due to peoples dirty hands.. it was disgusting. I am due for a refund for this place considering I stayed 2 nights and had to interrupt my vacation to move to another hotel.

The location was fairly good, everything else was HORRIBLE!!! Room 450 is the room I got and I think the people rented the place so I could pay for the repairs. I had to change rooms due to safety reasons.. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking and their was about an inch of water on the floor and I slipped twice! and they REFUSE to give me a refund!!! CROOKS OWN ROOM 450!!!!

The property was wonderful but the actual apartment I stayed in was owned by somebody private and they have crappy work done in the bathroom the lights flicker and the pictures online are very deceiving if they say it’s a one bedroom apartment but it’s more like a little studio with a very small fridge and a part from that I left my mothers pills and I called the owner she gave me the number of the cleaning lady and nobody ever called me back it’s pitiful That they would find somebody’s medication and instead of calling the last person and letting them know their things have been found they just throw it all away I would not recommend this place to anyone

The room was filthy when we got there, stuff always smelled disgusting, the female security guard will profile you and harass you the entire time you're there while treating others with dignity and respect... you couldn't pay me enough money to stay at this place again.. if you're looking for drugs all you have to do is step right outside you have nothing but homeless people who are selling drugs right outside your door... not even joking the homeless people on the drug dealers.. Crazy..

There was not one thing I liked about this room other than a location.. the smell in the hallways was horrendous and the female security guard profiled us and did not stop harassing us the entire weekend....

Our toilet would not flush. It would swirl for literally hours, we were only able to flush it every few hours. This was problematic since we had several people staying with us. The shower was also initially clogged and filled up. My bed , the one to the left when you walk in was significantly hard and more uncomfortable than the other. We also found a brown hard stain on the top blanket near the wall side. Otherwise, great and very clean and a nice facility

I felt unsafe not being able to lock the door from the insides the owners never got back in touch with me and it’s been OVER TWO WEEKS. I was there with MY CHILD and a fight broke out. Never going back

Got there and the desk didn’t know a pin to my room because I’m the room was private owned. Waited 2 hrs to get a room pin. Staff is not helpful at all or friendly. Our room looked at a building not the beach. We could see a TINY Piece of the beach out the side but mostly just a view of a parking garage. Hallways smell funky. Washing machine was broke. 24 dollars PER DAY to park at your own hotel or $4 a hour.

Convenient to the ocean. Has a one stop shop down stairs which has anything you could possibly need. Bike rentals and breakfast/lunch restaurant in bottom of the hotel. Food is good. Rooms were nice.

The only thing that I don't like, is that you have to pay $ 24 dollars, daily for the parking, and it is far from the hotel, and the reception staff, not VERY friendly, in both shifts🤔🤔🤔
