The onsite bar prices were extortionate, and you're not allowed to take any of your own food or drink around the pool. Security was a major concern for me; anyone can come in from the outside and simply walk around.

Great Pool. The room was ok, had a partial sea view. Location was great to capture the rocket launch, directly across from the beach with a perfect view.

Smoke detector kept chirping. Maintenance came changed battery then left. Half hour later it continued, Maintenance came back changed out unit and finally fixed about 9pm. Floor in room was dirty, needs a good sweep and a really good mopping. Staff was exceptional and Maintenance man was top notch.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs were clearly dehydrated/powdered or pre-made liquid egg product and did not taste good at all. The coffee was also unappetizing and I was really looking forward to having a good cup of coffee when I woke up. We actually went and bought food to cook for breakfast and to have good coffee.

The room was great. We have stayed here before and love the rooms with the "living area" that face the pool. We love the bar/restaurant and the activities that go on like the movie by the pool which the kids love and the music. I like the closeness to the beach. We saw a rocket launch while we were visiting for the second time.

Closed bar and pool too early Fri and Saturday night. Beds very uncomfortable. Not enough towels in room to shower. Only 2 adults 1 10 yr old. Pool towels were size of washcloths. Expensive drinks.

The pool TV should show the sports channels during the day. The Saturday and Sunday staff were not a helpful or friendly as the staff on duty when we checked in on Friday. The DJ could play a bit longer 4:00 PM You should be able to bring a cooler to the pool instead of having to go to the room to refill, especially when your beer selection is so limited.

The location is great, the breakfast is substantial and the pool area are great. The food at the bar was really good as were the specialty cocktails.

I booked a KING Suite. The bed was a small queen. We were told that was the hotel’s King. That was disappointing.

The view of the ocean from the 6th floor was nice.

Elevator not working one day. Thankful it was working on the day of my departure because I had a lot of luggage due to being on a cruise. Could hear people talking and noises in the hallway when trying to get sleep.

Coffee machines in lobby with easy access, because very little coffee was provided in rooms. Pool hours were great, able to get in the pool early. Close to the airport. My room had a great view of the sunrise.

Rooms were a bit dated but clean and staff was maintaining the property well. It had everything we needed.

It was FILTHY. One of the sliding doors in the room had feces on it, and looked like someone had explosive diarrhea all over it. I did what I could to clean the worst of it since I had kids with me. It was also very loud where they put us which didn't bother my little ones so much as it did the adults.

The pool is very cool. And if you have the ability to stay up late to watch the movies they play at night, it's a neat idea. This is the perfect spring break/partier hotel

The Duck Dive closed early both nights we were there. I wish the hours were longer and honored as displayed. Multiple guests tried to purchase food and drink between the times the Duck Dive closed and when it was scheduled to close. We ended up leaving property to find food and drink but had the Duck Dive been open and had longer hours, we would have stayed at the hotel and spent our money there for the convenience.

Love the convenience of the food and bar, beach sand and movie nights at the pool.
