The microwave was not plugged in and there was not a plug in for it...had to unplugg the coffee pot. The refrigerator was not level, after trying to level it myself I discovered previously stayed guests dog food under the fridge.

Tub broken, no lotion or conditioner in the room, no elevator.

The staff wasn’t friendly on arrival. I did not know there was no elevator. There was no conditioner or lotion in the room and the tub did not hold water. The pool was good Breakfast was awesome.

The worst part was getting blind-sided at the front desk with the news that our room, which was booked and presumably pre-paid through a Priceline bundle had NOT been prepaid, although our PAID invoice showed it in the list of paid accommodations. Even worse than that, Priceline said it was because they had pawned off the hotel part of our trip on Booking.com, and the issue was THEIR fault.

The room and overall hotel was fine. The pool area was a bit grimy.

The breakfast was pretty subpar. There was only eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy. The eggs were microwaved from a powder form. It would've been good to have some other options for bread, like whole wheat or whole grain bread. Pretty substandard. The Wi-Fi wasn't great, and pages loaded fairly slow. It required reconnection a couple of times.

The location of Super 8 was good, right off the highway. It's close to most things in Belgrade, and not too far from Bozeman either. The room was comfortable and spacious, and also very clean. There's a large TV with cable.

Someone below us smoked marijauna all night and the smell came through the floor. It was in the room below us.

I dont like that they cant take cards over the phone. My grandmother tried to call and pay for a night and they would not let her. Or the option to buy direct on the website.

I like the breakfast in the morning. It is tasty. I wish there were pancakes or something different a couple days.

No rolling luggage cart. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Disability room they gave us was too close to the lobby and not well insulated from the lobby noise.

Room smelled like smoke, even though it said non-smoking room. We had to open the windows wide to help get out the smell.

I had requested 1st floor and recv'd., advance confirmation regarding same; however, when I arrived, apparently the booking information was not transferred to the Super 8. We ended up with a very small handicapped accessible room, on the first floor, just off the lobby and near the front desk. The room was sufficient, especially the bathroom, but was short of space elsewhere...next time I will book directly with the facility!

Convenient location; staff friendly and accommodating; b-fast very nicely done, and I appreciated "Veteran" parking in the lot!

Friendly staff, easy checkin. Perfect location for airport return. Pleasantly surprised, best super 8 we’ve stayed in. Nice to have hit breakfast before flight home.

* Complementary breakfast had too few vegetarian options. Even bread wasn't available. * There is no elevator. We were assigned room at floor 3. It was difficult to move the luggage. * Reception area was hot. I am not sure if air conditioning was present in reception area or it wasn't working.

Unless full to capacity, guests should not be booked in rooms next to each other. Thin walls make noise from neighbors a problem.

The way the breakfast works is a little strange. I'm used to self serve and they have a person, staff member, that serves you breakfast. I found the breakfast person a little hard to work with first thing in the morning.

Loved the front desk staff and the rooms were perfect for our needs. Clean, cute, updated, comfortable.

I would have liked tea and hot chocolate options instead of just coffee, as I am not a coffee drinker. The price was double what it usually is, but hotel was not crowded, so there was not a justifiable demand for the price.

They had a chef serve us at the breakfast bar, which is unusual for Super 8; that was impressive, though unnecessary as it is pretty easy to get your own breakfast at a breakfast buffet. Maybe to reduce food waste?
