I don’t know if the person that checked us in was stoned, but he mumbled and looked annoyed when we were trying to check in.

The blanket. It felt weighted and not like cheap hotel sheets.

Best Western Wifi was unreliable, but if I signed in with my personal Xfinity ID I had no problem.

Location is great. Breakfast is well-stocked and included lots of options including hot prepared foods (scrambled eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat), a waffle station, toasting machine, pastries, yogurt with toppings, oatmeal, milk, several juice options, and by-the-cup coffee machine.

For what it was, it was very expensive and mediocre. The man who checked us in was a bit strange. I had messaged (thru booking) and asked if we could check in at 3 instead of 4 and was told yes. I arrive with my friend closer to 3:30 and the man checking us in told us “I don’t know if your room is ready, if you go in and it’s still gross let me know”. Very strange customer service. No duvet cover so it was chilly at night, no house keeping as well. Our shower was still dirty from whoever before us. For something that was $700 for two nights I expected a bit more

I didn’t like that I payed a good amount for the suit with the jetted tub only to find out that the tub didn’t have the jets working :/ it really had me dissatisfied.

I really liked the front desk person when we checked in, breaking was great the room was super clean

Front desk Staff was unfriendly & seem to hate their jobs! Room had minimal towels & wash items. Asked for an extra pillow & none available. Offered an extremely rough blanket as an alternative. Window in the room literally looked at a wall & was enclosed with a roof! Had to go find my own forks for breakfast. Front desk person said she would be fired if she got forks for me & couldn’t call anyone!

parking was VERY tight and the bathtub wasn’t very clean, likely because it didn’t drain properly.

Suite had no sofa bed the first night. Kitchenette was minimal. No glasses, plates etc. Key cards had to be replaced about 4 times. Room wasn’t serviced until our third day and then only after requested. Parking was quite tight.

Public areas were clean and nicely decorated. Carpeted stairs were very dirty. Breakfast was as expected. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom light is triggered by movement, so one has to close the bathroom door, to reduce the light. That's about it.

The room was super spacious and I was very surprised by the space. The bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows, and warm space. I checked out the breakfast, What a nice Spread! Gotta check it out!

we paid extra for a suite with two beds, and a pull out couch. Didn’t get the pull out couch. Asked for housekeeping numerous days, and it never came. Breakfast options were in short supply by day 3.

Much further of a walk then they said to boardwalk. No hot tub under construction. It should have been mentioned people up front couldn't give me a receipt when I left said they couldn't find me but they found me when I checked in and took my credit card. Said booking would send me a receipt

Counting on a sofa bed as advertised was very important to us. The room didn't have one. The furniture was nice, but we needed a sofa BED. A rollaway was brought, but the mattress was the worst I have ever seen or felt. Also, I wish we had been told about the remodeling. It will be very nice someday, but it was problematic in moving around. Towels given were not adequate for the number in family.

The Breakfast and service were excellent. Very willing to try to help with the issues. The stafff went out of their way to be helpful.
