We stayed 2 days in the honeymoon suite and it took till the 2nd night to get our water hot enough to take a Jacuzzi bath which was a bummer to say the least

The front desk lady Kathy was very helpful made our stay awesome

Door knob on one of the bathroom doors was so loose it was almost falling apart. Not sure why this was not addressed during normal housekeeping and maintenance. Fortunately, I had the correct tool and was able to secure the knob. Also learned during check-in that this property no longer offers free breakfast. This has always been a great experience for us over the years. They have a restaurant vendor on property but the price is $13 adults and 10 for kids for a hot breakfast. If we continue staying here, we will look for other breakfast options.

Great location and our rooms were adjoining which allowed more family interactions. Got the last free breakfast that this location offers and it was good as usual.

The only thing is you have to be looking be observant for the sign to turn into the location. You can miss it easily.

We have stayed here several times and the breakfast although was good was not what it was in previous stays.

We love this hotel. We love the location. Nice and quiet area. The pool was a nice place for the kids to let out some energy before bed. The rooms was clean and beds are comfortable.

Would loved to have had bacon at breakfast although breakfast was good. There was a slight odor in our bathroom. Wondering if the toilet needed better seal.

The hotel was older but very clean and peaceful, breakfast was great and the staff were very very friendly, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The location for Silver Dollar City couldn't be better and was only a few miles away from down town Branson.

Noisy neighbors, people just leaving their dogs... 2... Tied up outside and not watched. Kids in the hot tub playing with the controller. Backdoor had no lock just a pull down thin bar. Kind of creepy feeling there Also, our air conditioner wasn't working properly, it kept shutting down and then you would have to reset it for it to start up again. In my opinion

Breakfast was good. Luggage carts were there and working well. Close to Silver Dollar City though NO TRAM to Silver Dollar City anymore.

The staff was very friendly! The beds were very clean and comfortable. Lots of things for the kids to do to fill their time at the hotel.

Could not find a luggage carrier rack to help us move hanging clothes and other items from the car to our room. Did see one as we were leaving. This large of a property should have more than one of these, in my opinion.

Communication on what to expect for extended stays not entirely obvious - such as how/when to request room service, etc. - but the front desk staff quickly answered my questions. Also had a smoke detector low battery chirp start up in another room one night that interrupted our sleep but was quickly resolved by the front desk staff when they were notified.

I don't think there was an elevator on site Im a fat girl It's tough doing stairs lol But we made it work.

I liked that it was close to all the attractions that I was going to.
