Did not participate for breakfast. I think the only thing I can say is that the furniture was a bit beat up, and the place where they had was awful. It was hard to use the microwave. I would suggest a wall shelf for better access. The room was very clean and staff was friendly

I could not wrap my head around the town: has it already had it's best days or they are yet to come. But they ain't here as we speak for sure :) Although the place is not crowded or expensive for sure. Not much to see around.

Hotel is in a decent condition although of outdated signature BW design :) Pool was nice.

There were some sketchy people there during our stay but we never felt unsafe. The clothing dryer was out of service at the time of our stay but I cannot really say too much bad about the hotel.

For the area this is a very clean and modern hotel. The breakfast was nice and had everything we could want. The staff were so very helpful (the best part).

There was a strange smell in the room, but it was tolerable.

Property location was great, as we were visiting family in the town. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, despite our midnight arrival. Breakfast was bountiful, with a great variety of breakfast items to satisfy any taste. Room was clean. It had a strange smell, but it wasn't too bad.

The room was a bit small and not super clean. It was okay, but you could see it wasn't cleaned very well.

Breakfast was good and I loved the tea & coffee facility that was open 24/7. The room was okay, bed comfy, lady at the front desk nice and the gym facilities worked.

The breakfast room is quite small. Housekeeping could be more thorough when taking care of the room. The location of the hotel is remote from the few restaurants in town.

A nice breakfast with a variety of warm and cold food. Pancakes and waffles are part of it. We had a warm welcome with home-made cookies.

Size of the room is not accurate to the photos, it's much smaller. Take them long time to return deposit ($100).

Lady at the reception is super friendly and helpful. They offer free and delicious cookies at the lobby. You can do your laundry for $2 as well as dryer for $2.

I noticed the drain plugs were closed in the sinks and when opened a bad smell was emitting from the pipes. The rooms themselves also had a stale scent to them, but once the AC kicked on that went away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we weren’t happy with the size and setup of our room they took the time to show us one of the other available rooms more to our liking and moved us at no extra cost.

Pool was closed for our first day but then opened when volleyball teams rocked up next day.

Loved this place on our stopover when travelling down California, as we are desert lovers we liked the location but road closure in Death Valley spoiled our plans. Staff were lovely and friendly. An excellent breakfast was provided, the breakfast room staff deserve a mention as they were always on the go checking everything. Room was as expected and we have no complaints.

California City is abit out of the way, but the Best Western is the best value for money around the area.

Very nice staff gave good service. I was on a roadtrip around California and stayed at some motels. This was definitely the most priceworthy. We paid less than other motels and got more. Cleaner rooms and more breakfast items than 320$ motels in more popular Californian destinations.

Big downfall is our shower didn't have a good water pressure. Had to shower longer than normal for that reason.

I like the location.The whole staffs are friendly. The area and the rooms are clean.
