Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It's not your fault, really. The fire alarm beeped at midnight, and I had to get up and disconnect it.
The beds are really comfortable. It's old-fashioned cute. Friendly staff. Restaurant/Bar a short walk away. And I can park right next to my room. My second time hear.

The room was oldfashioned needs updating.
On checkin found the hotel is no longer part of the Travelogue group and would not honour our reservation. We had to pay for a new reservation. Hopefully the matter has been resolved by Booking! The hotel from the outside does look like its very run down. However inside the rooms (albeit in dire need of an upgrade) are clean and comfortable. We were given a suite for our troubles.

Not much within walking distance but that is not unusual in usa.
Old style motor hotel with modern rooms and character. I had spacious room with seperate kitchen. More than I needed for solo traveller. Very comfortable. Very close to historical attractions. Continental breakfast available in Lobby.

The first room we had was very hot. The AC wasn’t working very well but the front office staff was extremely nice and upgraded our room for no additional price and that room was just fine. Was very comfortable.

Shower in bathroom was small and shower head was about chin high....and I'm 5' 9" otherwise bathroom was fine. Refrigerator, microwave, AC all fine despite 115 degrees

The main problem was the AC, which was the wall type. It was quite hot outdoors, and the AC was set on 72 - which was fine. But it cycled off for about 30 seconds to a minute, then back on again. About every 15 minutes it would do that, so it was a sleep disturbing type of situation, because it was quite noisy cycling back on. Also for some reason the water in the sink was very good for getting hot. But the shower water was nearly lukewarm. Don't know why that is.
The woman who "mans" the check-in desk is very helpful. She got us the room that was best for our needs. It's also great that the breakfast, which was made in the kitchen for your choice, was included with the room. It's the best vintage type hotel we've ever stayed in.

Noisy street. bugs in bathroom near hospital ambulances. Brewed Coffee and real creamer in office would be nice.
Housekeeping and grounds staff friendly. Pool clean and accessible. Restaurant nearby with included nice breakfast. Great menu. Room clean accommodated my dog

Broken chain on security lock inside allowed toddler son to open locked door. I had my own clasp to secure it so we stayed in the room. Found a few roaches in the bathroom during the night, hair in bathtub.
Clean pool/hot tub, breakfast included, comfortable beds, bathtub in room, room close to pool, quiet. Staff willing to move us to another room due to broken lock but not worth the trouble after unpacking.

The air conditioner was a little loud and should probably be updated in the near future.
The receptionist/manager was fantastic! She was kind, helpful, patient, and supportive with requests. The room was surprisingly comfortable, clean, and quiet overall. The Arizona flavor or theme illustrated through photographs and decor was perfect.

Traffic noise was pretty constant until 1am alot of bikes maybe a run that weekend alot at the hotel that weekend

sits off a main road and can get a little noisy during the day/evening. saw a bug/cockaroach running across a pillow.
The bed was very comfortable and the there were plenty of pillows to pick from. I liked the jacuzzi in the bathroom it made my stay even more comfortable. I also liked the breakfast offered, it was filling and at a restaurant right next to property.

One level, so we could park in front of our room. Bed was comfortable, nice pillows. Location was close to "Old Town." It's a vintage hotel, with character. Yet provides all you could want - like microwave & fridge, plus an included sit-down breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. Coffee or tea, waitress service, about 5 breakfast choices. We liked it enough that on our way back home we stayed there again.
